Dadurch wird eine weitere Entlastung der sensiblen V-Spitze 19 des Messers 6 gegen Schiebekräfte in der Schneid­fläche erreicht, da die nicht von den Profilstufen 16 durch­setzten vorderen Seitenkanten 20 der Messerklingen 10, 12 sich nunmehr frei in den entsprechenden Schlitzen in den Rahmenleisten 2 verschieben können. Hierdurch wird das Auf­treten von Schubkräften bei Temperaturschwankungen, zunächst beim Ausformen, später aber auch bei Reinigungsvorgängen mit heißem Wasser usw. zuverlässig vermieden, da durch die pro­filfreien Kanten 20 ein thermischer Ausgleich bei Schwindun­gen von Kunststoff und Metall möglich wird. Die formschlüs­sige Halterung der Messerklingen 10 und 12 des Schneidmessers 6 erfolgt in der angegebenen Weise zumindest im Bereich der V-Spitze 19 des Schneidmessers 6. Dabei ist in diesem Bereich ein Ansatz 18 der linken Messerklinge 12 vorgesehen, der gegenüber dem Hauptteil der Messerklinge 12 abgeknickt, abgeschrägt oder als Stufe ausgebildet ist, so daß er unter den dort befindlichen Abschnitt der rechten Messerklinge 10 zu liegen kommt. Zur weiteren Verbesserung der Halterung in diesem Bereich sind mindestens zwei Bohrungen 17 vorgesehen, von denen jeweils eine in einer der beiden Messerklingen 10 und 12 angeordnet ist. Claims (6)

1. Vorrichtung zum Schneiden von Obst, Gemüse oder der­gleichen in Scheiben, mit einer Messerhalteplatte, an deren Vorderkante ein V-förmiges Schneidmesser angeordnet ist, welches aus zwei Messerklingen besteht; zwei im wesentlichen parallel angeordneten Rahmenleisten, die durch die Messer­halteplatte und mindestens einen weiteren Quersteg miteinan­der verbunden sind; und einer an den Rahmenleisten geführten, parallel zur Messerhalteplatte einschiebbaren Schieberplatte, wobei zwischen der hinteren Kante der Schieberplatte und dem Schneidmesser ein schmaler Spalt verbleibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfangsrand (14, 15) der Messer­klingen (10, 12) zumindest in ihrem hinteren, an die V-Spitze (19) des Schneidmessers (6) angrenzenden Bereich form­schlüssig von angespritzten Kunststoffsträngen in Form eines liegenden U-Profils gehalten wird.1.
