Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Topfgehäuse für Kreiselpumpen, welches aus mehreren Teilen zusammengesetzt ist. Durch Verwendung von eingebrachten Teilen werden die Abstufungen innerhalb des Topfgehäuses erlangt, die zur Anlage der darin befindlichen Stufengehäuse erforderlich sind. Das neue Topfgehäuse ist ohne Beeinträchtigung der Festigkeit einfacher und universeller herzustellen und kommt mit erheblich verringerter spanender Bearbeitung aus.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Topfgehäuse für Kreiselpumpen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.
  • Aus der US-PS 30 51 090 sowie der US-PS 31 53 383 ist eine derartige Pumpenkonstruktion bekannt, bei der ein zusammengespanntes Stufengehäusepaket im Bereich der Saugseite an einem Ansatz des Topfgehäuses anliegt. Diese Anlage sowie der Zusammenhalt der einzelnen Stufengehäuse erfolgt bei dieser Konstruktion durch Zuganker. Es sind auch andere Konstruktionen geläufig, bei denen beispielsweise der druckseitige Gehäusedeckel des Topfgehäuses die einzelnen Stufengehäuse gegen diesen Ansatz preßt. Der Ansatz dient zur Aufnahme derjenigen Kräfte, die innerhalb des Topfgehäuses vorherrschen und durch die Geometrie der hydraulischen Einbauten sowie der Dichtungskräfte bestimmt sind. Die Anlagefläche für die Stufengehäuse bildet somit die Trennung zwischen der druckmäßig niedrig belasteten Zulaufseite und dem hochbelasteten Bereich am Pumpenaustritt bzw. dem die Stufengehäuse umhüllenden Topfgehäuse . Die an dieser Anlagefläche vorherrschende Flächenpressung bedingt eine bestimmte radiale Breite und bestimmt somit auch den Innendurchmesser des Topfgehäuses. Aufgrund dessen ist auf der Zulaufseite, trotz des dort vorherrschenden geringeren Druckes, das Topfgehäuse in der Regel dicker als auf der Druckseite ausgebildet.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein wenig aufwendiges Topfgehäuse zu entwickeln, welches bei hoher Belastung einfach zu fertigen ist. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Hauptanspruches. Somit kann durch die Verwendung eines einfachen zylinderförmigen Rohrstückes, in das ebenso einfach herzustellende Einsätze eingebracht und mit dem Rohrstück dichtend und/oder kräfteaufnehmend verbunden werden, mit geringstem Aufwand ein hohe Kräfte aufnehmendes Gehäuse erstellt werden. Die innerhalb des Rohrstückes befindliche Stirnseite des oder der Einsätze dient als Anlage für das Stufengehäusepaket und der außerhalb des Rohrstückes befindliche Teil des Einsatzstückes wirkt als Zulaufseite. Eine andere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, daß der Einsatz oder die Einsätze im Endbereich des Rohrstückes angeordnet sind, wobei deren nach innen gerichtete Stirnseite eine axiale Anlagefläche für die Stufengehäuse bildet. Die äußere Stirnseite kann hierbei mit dem Rohrstück abschließen oder innerhalb desselben zum Liegen kommen.
  • Beiden Ausführungsformen ist zu eigen, daß die Gehäuse mit einem Minimum an spanender Fertigung auskommen. Das Rohrstück und die Einsätze können aus gegossenen, gewalzten oder geschmiedeten Rohrstücken hergestellt werden. Nach dem Einbringen und Ausrichten genügt es, die Teile zu verschweißen, mittels Schraubverbindungen oder formschlüssig in ihrer Lage zu fixieren. Da von den Einsätzen die innerhalb des Topfgehäuses maximal auftretende Flächenpressung aufgenommen wird, sollte der Werkstoff der den Absatz bildenden Einsätze mindestens die Festigkeit des dagegen wirkenden Stufengehäuses besitzt.
  • Mit der Erfindung ist es möglich, die Topfgehäuse für Kreiselpumpen als wesentlich dünnwandigere Rohlinge zu beschaffen und je nach Größe der einzelnen Pumpe, den jeweils Anwendung findenden Stufenzahlen und dem maximalen Enddruck gravierende Verringerungen hinsichtlich der spanenden Bearbeitung sowie des Materialeinsatzes zu erzielen.
  • Eine weitere Ausgestaltung sieht vor, daß der innerhalb des Rohrstückes angeordnete Einsatz ein auftragsgeschweißter Bund ist. Diese Maßnahme bedingt eine weitere Fertigungsvereinfachung.
  • In den Zeichnungen werden Ausführungsbeispiele dargestellt und werden im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen
    • Fig. 1 skizzenhaft die bisherige Ausführungsform eines Topfgehäuses gemäß der US-PS 31 53 383,
    • Fig. 2 die neue Ausführungsform mit herausragendem Einsatz,
    • Fig. 3. einen bündig abschließenden Einsatz und
    • Fig. 4 einen auftragsgeschweißten Einsatz
  • Fig. 1 zeigt schematisch am Beispiel des Topfgehäuses gemäß der US-PS 31 53 383, wieviel Material von einem Roh ling zu entfernen ist. Die kreuzschraffierten Bereiche entsprechen den zu bearbeitenden Flächen. Auch wenn der Rohling beispielsweise schon abgesetzt geschmiedet war, so bleiben doch genügend aufwendig zu bearbeitende Flächen übrig.
  • In Fig. 2 ist eine Ausführungsform gemäß der Erfindung dargestellt. In dem Rohrstück 1 ist ein ringförmiger Einsatz 2 derart kräfteaufhehmend sowie dichtend eingebracht, daß sein eines Ende aus dem Rohrstück 1 herausragt und den Niederdruckteil der Topfpumpe bildet. Gegenüber dem den Hochdruckbereich abdeckenden Rohrstück 1 ist es entsprechend dünnwandiger ausgelegt. Die Anlagefläche 3 dient zur Abstützung für das gestrichelt dargestellte Stufengehäusepaket 4, insbesondere als Anlage für das Stufengehäuse der 1 . Stufe.
  • In Fig. 3 ist eine Ausführungsform gezeigt, bei der ein kürzerer und dünnerer Einsatz 2 in das Rohrstück 1 vollständig eingebracht ist und hier mit -dessen Ende bündig abschließt. Der Zusammenhalt erfolgt hier wie in Fig. 2 mittels einer Schweißverbindung 5. Diese hat in diesem Beispiel jedoch nur dichtende Funktion, da die auf die Fläche 2 einwirkenden Kräfte von dem gestrichelt dargestellten Deckel 6 aufgenommen werden können.
  • Die Fig. 4 zeigt eine Ausführungsform, bei der der Einsatz 2 mittels einer Auftragsschweißung erstellt wurde. Dessen Abmessungen sind von den Festigkeitswerten der Anwendung findenden Werkstoffe abhängig.
  • Allen Figuren ist gemeinsam, daß die dargestellten Pfeile die Zuflußrichtung zur Saugseite der Pumpe und die Abflußrichtung von der Druckseite der Pumpe markieren .

Claims (3)

1. Topfgehäuse für Kreiselpumpen, bei dem innerhalb des druckaufnehmenden Topfgehäuses angeordnete Stufengegehäuse an einem gehäusefesten Ansatz zur Anlage gelangen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Topfgehäuse mehrteilig ausgebildet ist, wobei ein äußeres zylinderförmiges Rohrstück (1) ein oder mehrere ringförmige Einsätze (2) aufweist und daß der Einsatz oder die Einsätze mit dem Rohrstück und/oder miteinander dichtend und/oder kräfteaufnehmend verbunden sind.
2. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (2) oder die Einsätze im Endbereich des Rohrstückes (1) angeordnet sind, wobei deren nach innen gerichtete Stirnseite eine axiale Anlagefläche (3) für die Stufengehäuse bildet.
3. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innerhalb des Rohrstückes (1) angeordnete Einsatz (2) ein auftragsgeschweißter Bund ist.
