Description

The invention relates to a wall made of prefabricated and mountable components, in particular for noise and visual protection with several parallel and substantially horizontal and offset profile planks, which are connected by transverse to the profile planks, arranged one above the other and each have an outer and Have inner surface, the support brackets are inserted on the corresponding circumferential parts in a form-fitting manner in the inner surface of a profile plank and furthermore each support bracket forms on its upper edge a support adapted to the outer dimensions of the lower part of the profile plank for the next higher profile edge.

In such a wall known from DE-A-2 718 290, the prefabricated components consist of concrete. With other known soundproofing walls in the form of planting earth scaffolding or embankment fastenings for roads, the prefabricated components consist of artificial stone, concrete or the like. The known plantable soundproof walls generally require a foundation in order to achieve adequate anchoring on site. The cohesion of the known walls is achieved by the weight of their components, which, as already mentioned, is relatively difficult, e.g. B. made of concrete. The assembly of such soundproof walls or walls therefore requires considerable effort or the use of hoists. Because of the necessary foundation, it is also difficult to adapt the wall or wall to be created to unevenness in the terrain.

Also known as plantable soundproof walls are those which consist of prefabricated metal profile parts (US Pat. No. 3,254,490), horizontally arranged profile planks being attached to longitudinal profile supports anchored obliquely or vertically in a foundation. Here, too, the same difficulties arise as described above with regard to terrain adaptation. The foundation is necessary so that the structure of the framework consisting of the prefabricated profile parts has the necessary stability.

The object of the invention is to provide a wall consisting of prefabricated and mountable components, in particular for noise and visual protection according to the preamble of claim 1, which consists of easily mountable profile components and in which sufficient strength is achieved solely by the shape of the interconnected components and cohesion of the wall structure is achieved so that it can be filled with soil or the like, which may be planted.

This object is achieved in that
  • - The profile planks are made of metal or corresponding thin-walled plastic,
  • - each support bracket connects two adjacent profile planks of different heights,
  • - The support for the next higher profile plank is designed as a recess in the upper edge of the support bracket and
  • - An end-side outline edge part of the support bracket has at least partially the same profile as the inner profile of the profile plank.

The support bracket can be plate-shaped and preferably has an essentially triangular shape, with cuts and recesses being provided in particular on the upper edge and front edge, into which the profile planks are inserted in a form-fitting manner, the recesses and cuts matching the dimensions of the parts of the profile planks used are adjusted. It is also possible to make the plate-shaped support brackets rectangular and, if necessary, to make them symmetrical with respect to a horizontal center line for easier assembly.

The arrangement of the incisions and recesses in the plate-shaped support brackets is preferably such that an essentially stepped or any angular arrangement of the profile planks is achieved during assembly.

A plug-in shoe can be used for the longitudinal connection of two profile planks in the region of a butt joint of two adjacent profile planks, this plug-in shoe being adapted to the internal dimensions of the profile plank and overlapping the two adjacent inner end faces of the profile planks. This insert shoe can be designed in the form of a circular arc or angled both in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction, as a result of which an improved adaptation to the existing terrain is achieved. Of course, it is also possible to provide corresponding crankings on the profile edge ends, which are pushed over one another during assembly.

To increase the mechanical stability, it is still possible to form on the end support brackets horizontally lying, transverse to the rest of the surface tabs, which have openings that are aligned with openings on horizontal parts of the profile plank and by the fastening or connecting means, for example in shape of bolts with nuts screwed on.

The profile planks can optionally be curved in the longitudinal directions, so that they can be adapted to different terrain or property courses.

The space which lies on the inside of the wall can advantageously be filled with soil, mulch and humus, planting can be provided in the spaces between adjacent profile planks.

The profile planks and the insert shoes can each be designed symmetrically with respect to a center line. The profile planks can have a U-shaped or C-shaped profile. The central part of the profile planks can be designed as a stiffening trough with a preferably rectangular cross section in order to increase the stability. There may be a horizontal C-profile above and below the stiffening trough.

The support bracket, which is in particular plate-shaped, serves not only to connect adjacent profile planks, but also to stabilize the wall. Two walls can also be arranged parallel to one another to form a double wall. The space between the two walls can then be filled with earth or the like to form a wall or a wall. The support brackets of the two walls can be connected to one another by longitudinal, transverse or diagonal connecting brackets, whereby a further stabilization of the overall arrangement consisting of the two walls is achieved.

The wall can essentially be formed from two basic components, namely the profile planks with a uniform profile and the in particular plate-shaped support bracket, which also has a uniform profile, with the plug-in shoe optionally being added as a third basic component for the longitudinal connection of the profile planks. The walls consisting of these components can be used in a variety of ways, for example as property dividing fences, privacy fences, as veneers on underpasses and overpasses and their ramps in road and path construction, as bridge railings, as river bank structures. as a trench sheeting in pipeline construction, as a soundproofing wall in shooting ranges, as a privacy screen in the median strip area of expressways and highways and the like.

If the wall is used as a privacy screen in the central strip area or as a soundproof wall next to roads, the profile planks of the wall can also fulfill the function of the guardrails. The soil behind the profile planks acts as a damper and the height of the wall ensures that the vehicles are not thrown into the opposite lane in the event of an accident.

It is also possible to place a U-shaped pre-shaped grille on the top two profile planks of the wall used as a privacy screen in the median strip area of expressways, which is anchored, for example, with the aid of fastening brackets in corresponding holes in the profile edges. Depending on the mesh size, the grille can be designed purely as a privacy screen or as a windbreak grille for planting and as a guide for trimming it with the aid of a mowing vehicle.

Another possible use of the wall is when used on platform or grandstand structures. The profile planks can form the vertical risers, the treads resting on the upper sides of the support profiles. The support brackets themselves can be mounted and fastened on their undersides to tubes of a tubular frame running transversely to the support brackets. For fastening, clamps can be placed around the pipes with molded stop brackets that rest against the support brackets. The steps, which can be designed as checker plates or wooden planks, are mounted on the upper edges of the support bracket by means of guide and fastening means.

The wall can also be used for landscaping in cities, for example for vertical flower beds. Plant pyramids and the like are used.

The advantages that can be seen are that no solid foundations are required. All that is needed is a leveling that is adapted to the terrain. Unevenness, terrain edges and terrain curves can be easily compensated for by appropriate shaping of the connecting or insert shoe with which two profile planks are connected to one another in the longitudinal direction. In parallel to the leveling, no gradations or wedge connections are required, as they are available with known noise and privacy screens. The structure is not sensitive to frost and compensates for ground movements.

In the illustrated exemplary embodiments, adjacent profile planks 1 which are offset parallel to one another are connected to one another by plate-shaped support brackets 2. Instead of the plate-shaped support brackets, frame-shaped support brackets with a corresponding outline design can of course also be used.

The plate-shaped support brackets 2 essentially have a triangular cross section. When assembling adjacent, mutually offset profile planks 1, the end contour edge lies against the inwardly directed profile surface of a profile plank 1, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 1. Bends 5 directed towards one another in the edge area, in particular on flanges 4 of the profile plank 1, are positively inserted into incisions 9 in the insertion area of the plate-shaped support bracket 2. In addition, the end outline of the support bracket 2 is adapted to the profile of the inside profile surface of the profile edge 1 and lies form-fitting to this.

In the connection area 6 of the plate-shaped support bracket 2 there is an essentially rectangular recess 10, into which the edge area of the outer profile surface of the profile plank 1, which is also formed at right angles, is inserted. The exemplary embodiments shown here are a part in the region of the end face 3 of the profile plank 1 lying at the bottom, the flange 4 and the bevel 5 formed on the flange 4.

As can be seen from the figures, when assembling the wall, the lower edge areas, i. H. the bottom flange 4 and the lower upward bevels 5 formed thereon into the overhang 10 of the support bracket 2. Furthermore, the inner surface of the lower flange 4 rests on the lower rectangular side of the support bracket 2 and the lower upward bevel 5 is in the incision 9 provided on the underside of the support bracket 2 is inserted.

The upper edge area of the profile plank 1, i. H. the flange 4 lying on top lies against a part of the upper edge of the support bracket 2. The upper edge 5, which is molded onto the upper flange 4, is inserted into the incision 9 provided on the upper edge of the support bracket 2. However, in order to facilitate assembly, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the support bracket 2 can be symmetrical and rectangular with respect to a horizontal center line. The recess 10 below has no function during assembly in this exemplary embodiment.

Holes 11 can be provided in the support bracket 2, to which connection brackets 7 are fastened. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 5, these connecting brackets 7 can connect the support brackets 2 of adjacent, mutually parallel walls, which for example form a soundproof wall, running diagonally to one another.

Metal, in particular galvanized sheet metal, is suitable as the material for profile planks 1 and the support brackets 2.

As can be seen from the figures, the profile planks 1 connected to one another form a step-like structure. Two such walls, such as. B. can be seen from Figures 5 to 10, to a wall or to a wall, for example a soundproof wall, connected to each other. The spaces between the two walls can be filled with earth and the like.

As can be seen from FIG. 1, the front edge of the support bracket 2 horizontally lying tabs 17 can be formed. These horizontal tabs 17 are formed in the illustrated embodiment on the top and bottom side of a recess in the front edge of the support bracket 2, which is adapted to a stiffening trough 24, which also lies in the end face 3 of the profile plank 1, which forms the middle part of the profile plank 1. The tabs 17 have openings 18, in particular in the form of elongated holes, which are made to coincide with openings 19 in the side surfaces of the stiffening trough 24, so that fastening means, not shown in more detail, can be inserted in the form of bolts with screwed nuts. However, these tabs 17 can also be integrally formed on the upper edge and lower edge of the support bracket 2, the openings 18 then being made to coincide with openings 19 in the upper and lower flange 4 of the profile plank 1.

Furthermore, further openings 23 can be provided at the bottom of the stiffening trough, in the area of which irrigation hoses can be arranged.

As can also be seen from FIG. 1, the length of the connecting bracket 7 can be adjusted. For this purpose, the connection brackets have telescopic bracket profiles 20 and 21 which can be locked together in different lengths. For this purpose, the bracket profiles 20 and 21 can have openings 28 through which locking pins 29 are inserted. The openings 28 can be used at the ends of the bracket profiles for fastening the connecting bracket 7 to the respective support brackets 2, being aligned with the openings 11 in the support brackets 2, so that fasteners can be inserted, for example in the form of bolts with screwed nuts.

For the longitudinal connection of two profile planks, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3a-c, an insert shoe 13 is used, which is used in the region of a butt joint of two adjacent profile planks 1. The profile shoe 13 overlaps adjacent inner end faces of the two profile planks 1 to be connected. The insert shoe 13 is adapted to the internal dimensions of the profile plank 1. As FIG. 3 shows, the insert shoe 13 can have an arcuate or angled center piece 14 or 14 ', the bend or angulation being able to run in the horizontal (FIG. 3c) or in the vertical direction (3b). To this In this way, the structure of the wall can be adapted to the curvatures and unevenness of the terrain.

As FIG. 1 also shows, there is a C-shaped profile on the upper side and the lower side of the stiffening trough 24 forming the center piece of the profile plank 1, the flanges of which have folded edges directed towards one another. This increases the stability of the profile plank.

Various forms of application of the wall are shown in FIGS. 5 to 16.

In FIG. 5, two stair-shaped walls, which converge in a common ridge, are arranged parallel to one another and can form a soundproofing wall.

In the embodiment of Figure 6, two walls are also arranged parallel to each other, but the stepped structure of each wall is tilted so that the walls themselves have an essentially vertical arrangement. In addition, these walls can be fixed to anchoring posts 8, in particular made of metal, arranged between the two walls.

The exemplary embodiment in FIG. 8 also shows two walls which are arranged parallel to one another and which can form, for example, a soundproofing wall, the stair-shaped opening on each wall being tilted somewhat less than in the exemplary embodiment in FIG be connected to each other, which increases the stability of the entire structure.

In the embodiments of FIGS. 7 and 9, the walls are used as facings of concrete walls 12. Here, too, the stair-shaped structure of the wall can be tilted, inclined or provided in an almost vertical arrangement. The space between the concrete wall 12, i.e. H. the space which adjoins the inwardly directed profile surfaces of the profile planks 1 can also be filled with earth and the like.

Die Enden der Bügel 30 können in diese Öffnungen eingesteckt und entsprechend befestigt sein.FIG. 10 shows two walls arranged parallel to one another, which form an anti-glare fence in the median strip area of an expressway. A U-shaped pre-shaped grid 25 is placed on the overhead profile planks of this double wall. The grids 25 are fastened by inserting and fastening the U-shaped holding bracket 30 into openings in the upper flanges of the two upper profile planks. The ends of the bracket 30 can be inserted into these openings and fastened accordingly.

An exemplary embodiment can be seen in FIG. 11, in which the wall serves as an embankment attachment. For this purpose, an anchoring pile 31 can be rammed into the slope and openings 32 are provided on the projecting part of the pile, which are brought into alignment with the openings 11 in the support bracket 2, so that screw bolts can be inserted.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 12, the anchoring pile 31 is anchored in the rocky ground of an embankment. The support bracket 2 is fastened to the projecting part of the pile, as in FIG.

Another possible use of the wall is shown in FIG. The plate-shaped. gene support brackets 2, which are rectangular, are inserted with their front outline in the upper C-profile of the profile plank 1 and are supported on the underside of tubes 28 of a conventional tubular frame to form a staircase in a grandstand structure or platform structure. The profile planks 1 form the vertical risers 26 and the step 27 is placed on the upper edge of the support bracket 2, for example in the form of a checker plate or a wooden plank. The lowermost profile plank is supported on the floor by means of an underlying plate 33.

As can be seen in detail from FIG. 14, the support bracket 2 is fastened to the pipe 28 with the aid of clamps 34 and 35 which are placed around the pipe 28 and which are provided with a stop bracket 36 which bears against the support bracket 2. The support bracket 2 can be provided with corrugation in the contact area, so that an improved mounting of the support bracket 2 between the two stop angles 36 is achieved.

As the exemplary embodiments shown show, the wall consisting of prefabricated and mountable profile components can be used for a wide variety of purposes. The construction of the wall itself is extremely simple, the parallel profile planks 1 arranged in a step-like manner or offset at different angles from one another being connected to one another in the transverse direction by means of the support bracket 2 and can be connected to one another in the longitudinal direction by the insertion shoes 13. Instead of the plug-in shoes 13, the profile planks can of course also be pushed over one another at their ends for the longitudinal connection. If necessary, the profile planks can have corresponding crankings at the ends.
