Claims (7)

1. Verfahren zur Verstärkung mittels Platten (6) von insbesondere Reihen von Rohrenden (3), die in Sammelplatten (1) gefaßt sind, zur Herstellung eines Wärmetauschers, in welchem die in der Sammelplatte (1) für die Rohre (2) ausgesparten Durchtrittsöffnungen durch Ausstanzen der Sammelplatte zur Begrenzung von abgeschrägten Teilen ausgeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kragen (4) auf eine an sich bekannte Weise gebogen werden, damit sich der abgeschrägte Teil (4a) am oberen Ende der Kragen befindet, daß der Boden (5) der Bereiche der Sammelplatte, welche aufeinanderfolgende Durchtritte von Rohren (2) trennen, verformt wird, damit er gewölbt ist, daß ferner auf dem gewölbten Abschnitt (5) eine ebene Platte (6) aufgebracht wird, welche Durchtrittsöffnungen (7) aufweist, die den Rohren (3) entsprechen, wobei diese Platte auf die Rohre aufgebracht wird, bevor die Sammelplatte (1) aufgebracht wird, und daß die Anordnung nach Flüssigmachen gelötet wird, wobei die zwischen den gewölbten Bodenreichen und den Ebenen der Platte gebildeten Zwischenräume kapillare Umwälzkreisläufe für das Lot darstellen, die eine Ausscheidung des Flußmittels herbeiführen.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende der Rohre oberhalb der abgeschrägten Teile der Kragen aufgeweitet ist, um ebenfalls die Umwälzung des Lots und das Zurückhalten desselben zu gewährleisten.
3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in der Platte angebrachten Durchtrittsöffnungen eine Formgebung entsprechend jener der Rohre aufweisen, jedoch gegenüber den äußeren Abmessungen derselben eine geringfügig größere Abmessung aufweisen.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lötung erfolgt, während der gewölbte Boden jener Teile der Sammelplatte, welcher die Durchtritte der Rohre voneinander trennt, oberhalb der Ebene der Platte (6) angeordnet ist.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Platten einer gemeinsamen Sammelplatte zugeordnet sind.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Platte die gesamte Erstreckung einer Sammelplatte abdeckt.
7. Verwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zur Herstellung eines Wärmetauschers als Kühler für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere Schwerlastfahrzeuge.
