Claims (9)

  1. Wärmetauscher von der Art mit einem Bündel von Rippenrohren und mit einem Kollektor (10), der einen zentralen Kern (12), in dem mindestens eine Reihe von von Bundringen (16) umgebenen Löchern (14) zur Aufnahme der Rohre (32) des Bündels ausgebildet ist, und eine Umfangskehle (18) aufweist, die eine Bodenwand (22) besitzt, die mit dem zentralen Kern (12) über einen umgebogenen Rand (20) verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Bundring (16) im Wesentlichen mit dem umgebogenen Rand (20) so in Kontakt steht, dass zwischen ihnen ein Spiel (d) mit einer minimalen Größe definiert wird.
  2. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Größe des Spielraums (d) zwischen 0 und 1 mm liegt.
  3. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umgebogene Rand (20) zwei Abschnitte (20a, 20b) aufweist, die parallel zueinander und zu der (den) Reihe(n) (R) von Rohren (32) sind, und dass jeder der Abschnitte im Wesentlichen mit den Bundringen (16) in Kontakt steht.
  4. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bundringe (16) mit Hilfe von Matrizenstempeln hergestellt werden.
  5. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (30) der Rohre (32) in den Bundringen (16) unter Zwischenfügung einer Dichtung (36) aufgenommen werden.
  6. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (30) der Rohre (32) in die Bundringe (16) gelötet werden.
  7. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bundringe (16) und die Enden (30) der Rohre (32) eine allgemeine Kreisform aufweisen.
  8. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bundringe (16) und die Enden (30) der Rohre (32) eine allgemein längliche, insbesondere ovale oder elliptische Form haben.
  9. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Rippe (34) mit dem Kollektor (10) im Bereich der Umfangskehle (18) in Kontakt steht.
