Abstract

Für sterilisierbare Dosen wird ein Verschlussdeckel vorgeschlagen der aus einem aus Blech geformten, einen Bördelring (6′) aufweisenden Befestigungsring (2′) und einem mit diesem entlang Flächen (20, 25) versiegelten Membranteil (4) besteht. Der radial innere Randbereich (10′) des Befestigungsringes ist in sich zurückgefaltet, so dass die radial innere, keine Korrosionsschutzschicht aufweisende Schnittkante (30) durch die Siegelverbindung luftdicht abge­ schlossen ist. Die Siegelverbindung ist widerstandsfähig gegenüber den beim Sterilisieren aufretenden Temperaturen und dient als Solltrennbereich. Das Oeffnen des Verschluss­ deckels erfolgt durch Abpellen des Membranteiles von dem Siegelbereich durch Zug an einem Aufreisslappen (33).
