Abstract

1. Sound insulating device having a wall disposed along a railway, characterised in that the wall (1) is fixed transversely adjustably in relation to the rail (2) in a position close, of possible immediately adjacent the structure gauge (3).

Description

The invention relates to a soundproofing device with a wall arranged along a rail track. Such a wall can in a known manner, for. B. the roadway facing perforated panels, the roadway facing away from solid building panels and sound-absorbing fiber material, for. B. rock wool, which is arranged between the plate layers.

Known soundproofing devices, which have a wall next to the railway superstructure - usually next to the railway embankment - must be high for a sufficient effect and therefore complex and sometimes disturbing the landscape. In addition to the track superstructure, complex foundation work and, in particular with existing track bodies, difficult and costly dam widening are required for the installation of the wall.

It is also known to reduce the railroad rolling noise by arranging sound-absorbing materials on the rail flanks and / or on the rail foot. However, since the measures mentioned cannot prevent the noise caused by vibrations of the wheel and rail and the majority of the rolling noise - as studies have shown - is radiated by the impellers, the effectiveness of these measures is low.

The invention has for its object to provide a soundproofing device for a railroad track, which has a sufficient effectiveness with less effort for the manufacture and assembly without significant hindrance to railway operations, track maintenance, etc.

The invention makes use of the knowledge that sound can be absorbed with the simplest means and most effectively as close as possible to its point of origin. In the case of a soundproofing device of the type mentioned at the outset, it consists of the wall being fastened to the rail so as to be transversely adjustable in a position close to, if possible directly next to, the clearance profile. The transverse adjustability enables the position of the wall to be precisely adjusted in relation to the clearance profile. The sound can be absorbed as close as possible to the sound source, i.e. the wheel running on the rail. The distance from the wall to the track axis can usefully be about 175 cm, if a passage between the wall and the clearance profile is deemed necessary, about 280 cm; in the latter case too, it is at least about 1 m smaller than in the case of known soundproofing devices on railway lines (cf. “Guidelines for structural soundproofing measures on railway lines” DB, RSE 1, 1977). The disadvantages caused by the arrangement close to the clearance profile, z. B. the difficult snow removal in winter or the obstruction of the escape route when working on the railroad track are reduced by the low required height of the soundproofing device.

In the case of a wall divided into individual longitudinal sections, these can overlap one another at the ends in a scale-like manner. This eliminates the need for precise length adjustment during assembly. A soundproofing insert is advantageously arranged in the overlapped area between the individual longitudinal sections of the wall.

A particularly far-reaching and simple transverse adjustment of the wall in relation to the clearance profile is possible in an embodiment of the soundproofing device according to the invention, which is characterized by a row of piles arranged at a distance outside the wall, to which the wall is fastened via horizontal support arms, which are attached to both Piles are also hinged to the wall. In the case of repair work on the railroad track, the wall can simply be swung to the side from the work area.

Another advantageous embodiment is characterized by a support base formed from a group of cross members, with respect to which the wall can be transversely adjusted. The crossbeams can be fastened on a longitudinal support at least in the region of their one end facing the rail.

If the wall cannot be swiveled to the side, it is expediently connected to transverse elements protruding from its base, which are fastened transversely relative to the rail on a support base of the wall or, in or on the ballast bed, themselves form a support base for the wall. In the latter case, the transverse elements protruding from the base of the wall are advantageously flat.

The support base of the wall - be it a group of cross members lying in the ballast bed or of cross elements that protrude outwards from the base of the wall - can be fixed to the track grating by means of spaced removable spacers. The spacers can be articulated or resilient to accommodate the vertical relative movement between the track grate and the wall while maintaining their capacity for compressive and tensile forces.

In the case of a railroad track with a ballast bed, this advantageously extends at least to the wall or its base of uprising.

1' bzw. 1" zum Justieren ihrer Lage inbezug auf das Lichtraumprofil 3 zur Schiene 2 querverstellbar befestigt ist.1 shows possibilities for fastening walls 1, 1 'and 1 "of different heights, each at a different distance from the rail 2. All walls are located in a position close to, if possible directly next to, the clearance profile 3. The wall 1' is like this low, so that it is located very close to the rail 2 under the outer section of the clearance profile 3. The wall 1 is at a very short distance (for example 5 cm) from the outer boundary of the clearance profile 3. The wall 1 " furthest away from the rail 2 and arranged at a distance of the width of a passage from the outer boundary of the clearance profile 3. The cross arrow shown in Fig. 1 below the wall 1 indicates that the wall 1 or 1 'or 1 "for adjusting its position in relation to the clearance profile 3 to the rail 2 is fixed crosswise.

The wall 1 rests on an upright base, which is formed by a group of cross members 4. The crossbeams 4 are fixed to the track grating by means of spacers 5 arranged at intervals and fastened in the region of their ends in each case on a longitudinal support 6. The two supports 6 are based on a grate 7 floating in a ballast bed 8, which extends to the wall 1.

In die Schraubenmutter 17 ist eine durch die Bohrungen reichende Feststellschraube 18 eingeschraubt, welche gegen den Obergurt des Querträgers 15 drückt.2-4 show details of a possible structural design of the transversely adjustable fastening of the wall 1 (only indicated in FIG. 1). Hook-shaped supports 9 with a vertical and a horizontal section 9 'or 9 "are used for fastening. A Z-profile 10 is fastened to the vertical support sections 9' and engages in a groove 11 on the underside of the wall 1. The top is the Wall 1 is fastened to the vertical support section 9 'by means of a U-profile 12, which engages around a projection on the top of the wall 1. The support sections 9', 9 "are stiffened by vertical sheets 13, which support a horizontal checker plate 14, which as Rise serves. The support sections 9 "form laterally outwardly projecting cross elements from the base of the wall 1. Each cross element is in each case fastened in a cross-adjustable manner on a cross support 15, as can be seen from FIGS. 2 and in particular 4. Two brackets 16" are on each support section 9 " welded in order to obtain a guide encompassing half the upper flange of the cross member 15. In the area of each angle 16, bores and a screw nut 17 welded at the top are provided in the support section 9 ″ in vertical alignment. A locking screw 18 which extends through the bores and which presses against the upper flange of the cross member 15 is screwed into the screw nut 17.

Die Langlöcher ermöglichen die allenfalls nötige Höhenverstellung der Querträger 15.Each of the cross members 15, which together form the base for the wall 1, is fastened near its ends by means of an angle piece 19 to a ram pile 20, as can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3. The angle piece 19 has claws 21 which grip around the lower flange of the cross member 15 and enable the cross member 15 to be displaced with respect to the two ram piles 19. The fastening screws 22, which go through the claws 21 and through the lower flange of the cross member 15, and screws 23, which go through elongated holes of the elbow 19 and through the ram 20. The elongated holes enable the cross members 15 to be adjusted in height if necessary.

In the embodiment shown schematically in FIG. 5, the wall 1 is connected to a flat transverse element 24 projecting outward from its base. The cross element 24 lies in the ballast bed 8 and itself forms the base for the wall 1, which is arranged very close to the rail 2 and is therefore very effective despite its low height. A transverse adjustment of the wall 1 in relation to the rail 2 for the purpose of adjusting the distance to the clearance profile 3 is, for. B. by inserting intermediate pieces between the vertical portion of the cross member 24 and the wall 1 and / or by moving the cross member 24 together with the wall 1 possible. The cross element 24 is fixed to the track grating by means of spaced, removable spacers 25 which are fastened to the rail 2 and comprehensively fastened to the rail foot. The spacers 25 ensure that the distance between the wall 1 and the clearance profile 3 adjusted during assembly is maintained even after a long period of operation. They can be designed in a suitable manner while maintaining their absorption capacity for compressive and tensile forces in an articulated or elastic manner for absorbing the vertical relative movement between the track grating and the base (cross element 24) of the wall 1 or the latter itself.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6-8, the division of the wall 1 into individual longitudinal sections 1 'can be seen. As shown in FIG. 7 in particular, the longitudinal sections 1 'overlap one another at the ends in a scaly manner and a soundproofing insert 26 is arranged between the individual longitudinal sections 1' in the overlapped area.

At a distance outside the wall 1, a number of piles 27 are arranged, which are cast in a foundation formed from a concrete pipe 28 and filling concrete 29. A tube 30 is slid over each pile 27, which is formed by a round tube, and rests on a collar 31 of the pile 27 so that it can rotate about the axis of the latter. On the slide tube 30 are horizontal Support arms 32 attached. At the ends of the support arms 32, a holder 33 is arranged rotatably about a vertical axis 34 fixed to the support arms 32. The bracket 33 is firmly connected to the respective longitudinal section 1 'of the wall. This connection is used on the bracket 33 screwed profiles 35 and 36, which engage in a groove on the underside of the wall or overlap a projection on the top of the wall.

It can be seen that each individual longitudinal section 1 'of the wall can be pivoted very easily to the side in the sense of the direction of rotation shown in FIG. 7. The collar 31 of the pile 27 is expediently formed with (not shown in the drawing) turnstiles for the support arms 32. The turnstiles can support arms 32 either in the position (shown in FIGS. 7 and 8) in which they point towards the rail or in the position in which they point away from the rail, together with the respective longitudinal section 1 'of the wall optionally fix.

As shown in FIG. 8 further on, a z. B. under the outer portion of the clearance profile 3 cross horizontal 37 can be attached. The climb 37 serves as a climbing aid for climbing the wall from the railroad track and also acts as an additional sound shield against the wheel running on the rail.
