Abstract

1. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluß eines Verpackungsbehälters für flüssiges oder rieselfähiges Produkt mit mechanisch stabilisierender Hülle. Letztere kann als Faltschachtel, Kunststoff-Flasche, Metall- bzw. Ein Verpackungsbehälter mit mechanisch stabilisierender Hülle und darin eingesetzter, insbesondere ausgehend von einem Vorformling geblasener, dichtender Auskleidung, bei dem Hülle und Auskleidung nach getrennter Herstellung mit Hilfe eines an ihre Öffnungen adaptierten, eine Produktaustrittsöffnung der Auskleidung umfassenden Adapterdeckels miteinander gekoppelt werden, ist aus der EP-A-53715 bekannt. Dabei wird der Adapterdeckel bereits vor dem Umformen, d. h. Aufblasen, des zum Herstellen der Auskleidung verwendeten Vorformlings über letzteren geschoben und dort in einer gegen Verdrehung in Umfangsrichtung gesicherten Position arretiert. Durch Umformen des Vorformlings, beispielsweise im Streckblasverfahren, erfolgt dann - vor oder nach dem Einschieben in die Hülle - auch ein Sichern des Adapterdeckels in axialer Richtung der aus dem Vorformling hergestellten Auskleidung. Zum Entstehen der festen, unlösbaren Verbindung zwischen Auskleidung und Adapterdeckel wird der letztere bereits auf den Vorformling als solchem aufgesetzt und dieser wird durch den Adapterdeckel hindurch, insbesondere mit Hilfe eines gesonderten Aufnahme bzw. Blasdorns, aufgeblasen. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung besteht in dem Verschluß eines Verpackungsbehälters für flüssiges oder rieselfähiges Produkt mit mechanisch stabilisierender Hülle mit an einen auf die Hülle und deren dichtende Auskleidung adaptierten Deckel einem die Produktuaustrittsöffnung des Behälters umfassenden angeformten Hals mit Verschlußkappe, wobei die Verschlußkappe kindergesichert auf dem Hals zu kuppeln ist. Closure of a packaging container (6), for a product which is liquid or can be trickled, with a mechanically stabilising sleeve, with a cover (1) adapted to the sleeve and the sealing lining thereof, a moulded-on neck (10) encompassing the product issue opening (2) of the container (6) and having a closure cap (11, 15), wherein the closure cap (11) is to be coupled to the neck (10) in child-proof manner, characterised thereby, that a cover (1) adapted to the sleeve and, in a given case, to the sealing lining thereof possesses an outwardly projecting edge strip (4) at at least one edge as bearing surface for the sealing adhesion thereto of adjoining surface portions (5) of the sleeve.

Closure according to claim 1, characterised thereby, that in the case of the sleeve being constructed as folding box or the like and lateral placing of the adaptor cover (1) at or on the head side of the folding box, a head side strap (5) or a corresponding part of the container (6) is to be connected in substance-locking manner with the edge strip (4) of the adaptor cover (1).
3. Closure according to claim 1 or 2, characterised theraby, that the neck (10) is prolonged as a stub projecting out from the adaptor cover (1) into the interior of the container and is in this region to be welded together with a sealing lining of the container (6).
