Abstract

The two chamber bottle comprises two adjacent, divided chambers with a bottle neck, the chambers held together by a common plastic closure. Each chamber (1') has a flat wall driected to the adjacent chamber with the bottle neck (13), whereby the plane of the one chamber has at least one raised formation (15) symmetrical to the same wall and the other chamber has a congruent cavity (14) for connecting purposes. On both bottle necks (13) fixture means (13) are provided in which the corresp. fixture means of the plastic closure engage. The raised formations (15) and the congruent cavities (14) engage with one another press button-fashion. The bottle closure is of one-part construction, and has a lower part to which is connected a cap by means of a film hinge. USE/ADVANTAGE - A two chamber bottle is cheaply produced, simple to assemble, and easy to use.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zweikammerflasche bestehend aus zwei aneinanderliegenden, getrennten Fla schen mit je einem Flaschenhals, die mit einem gemeinsamen Kunststoffverschluß zusammengehalten und durch ihn ver schließbar sind.The present invention relates to a two-chamber bottle consisting of two adjacent, separate fla with a bottle neck each, with a common Plastic closure held together and ver by it are closable.

Relativ problematisch ist jedoch bei solchen einstückigen Zweikammerverschlüssen die Dichtung des gemeinsamen, unterteilten Flaschenhalses mit einem Verschluß, ohne daß eine Vermischung der beiden unterschiedlichen Fluiden in den Kammern der Fla schen erfolgt. In der Zeichnung ist in Fig. 1 ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Zweikammerflasche, in der Seitenan sicht dargestellt. Die Zweikammerflasche 1 besteht aus zwei aneinanderliegenden, getrennten Kammern 1′ und 1′′. Die beiden Kammern 1′ und 1′′ sind in der äußeren Kontur identisch. Die beiden aneinandergrenzenden Wände 11′ und 11′′ wie in Fig. 2 ersichtlich, liegen in der mittigen Längsebene, die gleichzeitig die Symmetrieebene der Zwei kammerflasche und des Kunststoffverschlusses ist. Eine getrennte Kammer 1′ ist in den Fig. 3-5 in ver schiedenen Ansichten im Detail dargestellt. Jede Kammer besteht aus einem eigentlichen Behälter 12, der oben in einen Flaschenhals 13 mündet. An der ebenen Wand 11′, die im montierten Zustand der Zweikammerflasche an der ebenen Wand 11′′ der angrenzenden Kammer anliegt, sind form schlüssige Verbindungsmittel 14, 15 ersichtlich. Dies können im einen Fall an einer Kammer lauter Erhebungen und an der anderen Kammer lauter Vertiefungen sein. In einer Variante können an einer Kammer auf einer Seite bezüglich der Symmetrielinie S beides Erhebungen, auf der anderen Seite beides Vertiefungen sein. In diesem Fall können die beiden Kammern 1′ und 1′′ identisch gestaltet werden, da bei der Zusammenfügung die beiden ebenen Wände 11 beziehungsweise 11′′ spiegelsymmetrisch aufeinander zu liegen kommen und somit automatisch die Erhebungen der einen Kammer in die Vertiefungen der anderen Kammern zu liegen kommen. Der einteilige Kunststoffverschluß 2 hat einen Unterteil 20 und eine Kappe 30. In der Fig. 6 ist der Verschluß in der vollständig geöffneten Herstellungslage dargestellt, wobei der Unterteil 20 von unten und die Kappe 30 von oben ersichtlich ist. Der Unterteil 20 ist über ein Film scharnier 31 mit der Kappe 30 verbunden. Im vorliegenden Beispiel sind die beiden Teile über ein Schnappscharnier miteinander verbunden, welches durch zwei Spannbänder 32 seitlich vom Scharnier 31 realisiert ist. Diesbezüglich wird insbesondere auf die EP-PS 0′147′423 verwiesen. Der Unterteil 20 hat eine vertikale, zylindrische Ringwand 21, die durch eine ebene Deckfläche abgeschlossen ist. Zen trisch in der Deckfläche 22 ist eine konisch zulaufende Ausgußtülle 23 angeordnet, die endständig eine Ringwulst 24 aufweist. An der Innenfläche der zylindrischen Ringwand 21 sind im unteren Bereich mehrere Springwülste 25 er kennbar, die so angeordnet und formlich so ausgestaltet sind, daß sie in die Nut 17 der Flaschenhälse 13 der beiden Kammern 1′ und 1′′ eingreifen, wenn der Verschluß 2 auf die Zweikammerflasche 1 vollständig aufgeschoben ist, so daß die zylindrische Ringwand 21 des Verschlusses 2 auf die verbleibende Schulter am Übergang vom Behälter 12 zum Flaschenhals 13 aufliegt. An der Unterseite der Deckfläche 22 des Unterteiles 20 sind nebeneinander und symmetrisch zur Mitte der Tülle 23 zwei ovale Stutzen 26 angeformt. Die beiden Stutzen 26 haben die Form und Größe der Auslaßöffnungen 18 beziehungsweise der diese be grenzenden Kragen 19. Die Stutzen 26 liegen somit dichtend an den Kragen 19 an. Von jedem Stutzen 26 verläuft je ein die Deckfläche 22 durchsetzender Kanal 27 in die Tülle 23, in der sie gemeinsam einmünden.The two chambers 1 'and 1 ''can be blown from plastic by known methods. Sämtliche Teile der erfindungsgemäßen Zweikammerflasche, nämlich die beiden Kammern 1′ und 1′′, sowie der Kunst stoffverschluß 2 sind besonders einfache und preiswert herstellbare Teile. Je nach Wunsch lassen sich die beiden Kammern einzeln füllen und danach zusammenfügen oder erst zusammenfügen und danach gemeinsam oder einzeln füllen. Der Kunststoffverschluß 2 läßt sich schließlich einfach aufsprengen. Zur Montagehilfe können am Unterteil 20 zu sätzlich Orientierungsrippen 28 vorgesehen sein. Diese verlaufen senkrecht zur zylindrischen Ringwand 21 und erstrecken sich von der Deckfläche 22 bis zum unteren Rand der Ringwand 21. Auf diese Art läßt sich der ge schlossene Verschluß in beliebige Winkellage auf die Zweikammerflasche 1 aufsetzen, wonach man dem Verschluß 2 beziehungsweise die Flasche 1 relativ zueinander dreht bis die beiden einander diametral gegenüberliegenden Orien tierungsrippen 28 in den Spalt zwischen den beiden Flaschenhälsen 13 eingreifen, worauf durch eine einfache translatorische Bewegung der Verschluß auf die Zwei kammerflasche aufgepreßt werden kann bis die Sprengwülste 25 in die entsprechenden Nuten 17 der beiden Kammern ein greifen.All parts of the two-chamber bottle according to the invention, namely the two chambers 1 'and 1 '', and the plastic closure 2 are particularly simple and inexpensive to manufacture parts. Claims

1.
