Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a path plate, in particular for edging sports facilities according to the preamble of independent claim 1.
From DE-GM 74 10 513 a border for the inside of a running track of a sports facility has already become known. Accordingly, individual sections are made from galvanized rectangular pipe sections, which are covered laterally and at the top with a vulcanized rubber layer. Using spacers made of rectangular pipe sections, holding pieces which are screwed onto the base are gripped. The sections can then be assembled on site by sliding them on the spacers. An improvement in assembly has been described in DE-GM 80 01 491.
Both embodiments have in common that probably a sports facility, such as the equipment pit at jumping facilities or the running the inside of the web must be clean and bounded in a continuous line. In the case of equipment pits filled with sand, it can be seen time and again that the athletes take sand with their clothes, in particular with their shoes, or that sand is pushed out of the pit, so that the boundary will soon be surrounded by sand on both sides.
A similarly ugly picture is often seen in bathing facilities in the area of the exit ladder, in that the bathers step on the lawn with their wet feet and soon convert it to a marshy area.
It is therefore an object of the invention to solve these problems and to provide a path plate by means of which a clean separation between the sports facility, be it a sand-filled pit or a swimming pool, and the adjacent surfaces can be made possible.
According to the invention this is achieved by the features in the characterizing part of independent claim 1.
- Fig. 1 eine Schnittansicht einer Wegplatte,
- 1 is a sectional view of a path plate,
- Fig. 2 is a plan view of the path plate according to Fig. 1 without perforated mat, and
- Fig. 3 is a sectional view of a sand pit with edge termination and with on the floor laid, adjoining the edge termination path plate.
It is now easy to see that sand from the
When cleaning, the
As described above, these path plates also serve to enclose swimming pools, paddling pools or the like, both outdoors and indoors, in order to protect the adjacent areas from the greatest amount of dripping water. The surface of the perforated mats can be provided with a tread-resistant structure in a known manner.
