Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Feinblech, welches in seiner Weiterverarbeitung einem Tiefziehvorgang und einem Beschichtungsvorgang unterworfen wird, durch Kaltwalzen. Das Kaltwalzen wird durch Dressieren abgeschlossen und dabei wird die Oberflächenrauhigkeit des Feinbleches mittels mit einem feinkörnigen anorganischen Strahlmittel aufgerauhter Dressierwalzen erzeugt. Es werden dazu Dressierwalzen verwendet, deren geschliffene Oberfläche mit einem Strahlmittel gestrahlt wird, welches - nach der Mohs'schen Härteskala - eine Härte von etwa 9 und darüber aufweist.
