Description

Feuchtigkeit ins Rauminnere gelangt. The invention relates to a fitting for a rotatable, tiltable or rotatable and tiltable sash of a window, a door or the like. With a catch attached to the sash, which is attached to a fixed frame, about an approximately parallel to the sash axis of rotation or to the wing-tilt axis, approximately vertical axis rotatable locking member cooperates with a locking receptacle for the detent, wherein the spring-loaded locking member is optionally pivotable into an ineffective starting position or a working position suitable for locking. Such a fitting suitable for a rotatably mounted door has become known from US-A-2 194 528. It allows the sash to be locked in an approximately half-open rotary position. This enables a room to be ventilated and ventilated vigorously, preventing the wing from being hit by wind. In the cold season, however, the ventilation is too intensive, so that the wing must be closed again after a short time to avoid unnecessary energy loss and excessive cooling of the room. In many cases, however, the wing is not closed in time, so that the above-mentioned shortfalls do occur. In addition, there is a risk that if rain or snow, water or moisture suddenly set in, get into the room.

In the course of energy saving, windows and doors are designed to close more and more tightly in order to prevent the warm air from flowing out in the cold season. This eliminates the minimum air change that is customary in the previously used, less dense windows and doors. This leads on the one hand to an increase in the air humidity in the rooms and on the other hand to a reduction in the oxygen content of the air. In the usual tilted position or in the locked rotary position of the type described above, a certain remedy can be provided, as mentioned, but with the associated disadvantages and dangers.

It has already been proposed (DE-U-7 708 222) to lock the rotatably mounted sash of a window in a small rotary opening position by means of a night ventilation device, which on the one hand avoids the strong exchange of air and on the other hand ensures the required protection against sudden rain, however it is considered disadvantageous that this device is only suitable for a rotatable wing. In addition, the wing must be equipped with it from the beginning, i.e. H. later retrofitting of the window is not possible because the device must also take over the usual locking in the closed position.

The object of the invention is to develop a fitting of the type mentioned in such a way that it can lock the sash not only in a rotary gap ventilation position, but also in a tilt gap ventilation position, its structure being simple and its assembly should be problem-free.

To achieve this object, it is proposed according to the invention that the fitting is designed according to the preamble of claim 1, in accordance with the characterizing part of this claim.

With the help of this fitting, the slightly tilted or only slightly opened wing can be locked in a night ventilation position. The room equipped with this wing can thus be ventilated and ventilated even in the cold season. In addition, the penetration of rainwater or snowflakes is not to be feared in any of the wing positions mentioned. Even with a long night ventilation position, the room is not cooled down, or at least not significantly. In this gap ventilation position, both the rotary neck and the tilt-open sash are located close to the frame, so that these positions are barely recognizable from the outside, and thus offer no incentive to attempt to break in. Of course, the locking member and the detent are assigned to each other in such a way that the night ventilation position is easy to assume and can also be canceled. At least one of these two elements can perform the necessary locking movement. Because the locking member is pivotable and lockable in its two end positions on the fixed frame, you can bring it from an ineffective to its working position with the help of a pivoting movement, so that you can open and close the wing as normal when the night ventilation position is not required . In the latter case, the locking member is simply pivoted into an ineffective position in which an otherwise possible automatic locking cannot take place. If, on the other hand, the wing is to be held in the night ventilation position, the latching can be brought about, for example, by holding the wing in the night ventilation position and then pivoting the latching member in its working position, in which it can latch with the latch located in the correct position.

This latching is particularly easy in that a spring-elastic latching is provided. The latching element can, at least in its working position, be deflected in a spring-elastic manner by an amount which enables this latching with the fixed latch. If the night ventilation position of the wing is desired, the locking element is pivoted into its working position. Then you open the wing. The catch attached to it then automatically enters the catch of the catch, which performs the short spring-elastic evasive movement in this process. For such resilient evasive movements are suitable snappy locking devices particularly well. With the latter you can deflect the locking member in its two pivot end positions. In addition, the locking device allows a slight pivoting back of the locking member from its working position in the direction of its starting position. However, under the action of the cutter spring, it returns to the working end position at which the catch can enter the catch of the catch. If you turn the locking member back far enough in the direction of its rest position, it automatically jumps to this rest position after reaching a predetermined intermediate position, wherein it is driven by the cutter spring.

The snap-in receptacle is slot-shaped and the two bevels for the catch are on both sides of the slot. This means that the latching in the night ventilation position can be achieved regardless of whether the sash was previously in the closed position or in a wide open position.

Another embodiment of the invention provides that the cutter-like locking device is located approximately between the axis of rotation of the locking member and the locking receptacle and it consists of at least one cutter ball and a cutter spring, the or each cutter ball being snap-fit into one of two fixed snap-in receptacles which are arranged offset in the direction of rotation of the locking member. These two locking receptacles for the Schnepperkugel can directly adjoin each other, so that the fitting can be kept very small overall. In addition, a double-acting cutter locking device can be provided, which consists of a centrally arranged spring, in particular a helical compression spring, and two cutter balls or the like arranged at the ends thereof. The one then works together with two upper, fixed snap-in receptacles and the other with two lower, fixed snap-in receptacles. One locking fixture defines the working position and the other the rest position of the locking element. In a further development of the invention, the locking member is rotatably mounted on a bearing block or the like, on which the locking receptacle for the trapper ball or the like is also located. In the case of a double sniffer, there is a pair of locking receptacles on each bearing bracket or the like. In addition, you can train the bearing block on top, so that this fitting can also be easily installed by laymen. However, a somewhat more elegant solution is obtained if, according to a further embodiment of the invention, the bearing block or the like is designed as a so-called boring part. As a result, the locking member can be mounted largely recessed, so that only the free end of the pivotable locking member protrudes somewhat over the relevant frame surface. This is advantageous in that this free end also forms a handle, with the help of which the fitting can be transferred from the ineffective to the working position.

In view of the ease of assembly and the low requirements for precise assembly, which, as said, also enables laypeople to attach it, it is particularly advantageous that the width of the latching member transversely to the latching direction is substantially larger than that of the latch, in particular approximately is two to five times. In this respect, it is irrelevant whether you set the catch a little too low or too high, because if you ignore extreme deviations, it can still safely enter the catch of the catch.

The changeover of the locking member is particularly facilitated in that it is corrugated at its free end or designed in a similar manner with a grip. In addition, you can either separate the catch, e.g. B. screw on the flap, or fasten in an appropriate manner on a faceplate, for example rivet, so that the catch is also mounted with the assembly of the faceplate. In the latter case, the exact assembly is then easily guaranteed.

The exemplary embodiment is a window with a fixed frame 1 and a sash 2, which is at least rotatable, but preferably rotatable. The sash can be transferred from its closed position (FIGS. 2, 5, 7) to a pivoted and / or tilt-open position by means of a corresponding fitting with a window gear which can be switched with the aid of an actuating handle 3. In the rotary opening position, the sash is open to the maximum, which is why this position is suitable for briefly ventilating a room. In the tilted position of the wing, ventilation is a little slower because the air gap is smaller. However, if the sash remains in the tilt position for a longer period of time, this still cools down the room in winter. With the fitting according to the invention, the sash can be brought into a so-called night ventilation position, in which, as in FIGS. 3 and 6 show only a little away from its frame. So that the wing in this night ventilation position is kept properly, you secure this position with the fitting described below.

The fitting for the night ventilation position essentially consists of a catch 4 fastened to the sash 2 and a latching element 5 mounted on the fixed or frame. The catch 4 is either mounted on the sash flap 6 (FIGS. 3 and 7), or in the sash rebate 7, by, for example, riveting them to a faceplate 8 or attaching them to it in another known manner.

The locking member 5 has two defined positions, namely the working position shown with solid lines and the ineffective or starting position shown with dashed lines. In all of the exemplary embodiments, the latching element 5 is mounted in the sense of the double arrow 9 about an axis 10 on a bearing block 11 (FIG. 3) or 12 (FIG. 7). The bearing block 11 has a substantially bow-shaped shape and it is placed on the surface 13 of the closing vertical spar of the fixed frame 1 and is connected to it by means of screws 15. In contrast to this, the bearing block 12 of the second and third exemplary embodiments is designed as a so-called drilling part 14, which requires the installation of a counterbore 15 (FIG. 4) on the closing vertical frame rail.

Preferably, the locking member 5 is designed as a one-armed lever, on the free end of which a corrugation 16 is attached, which facilitates the “switching” from the starting position to the working position and vice versa.

Between the axis of rotation 10 and this corrugation 16 there is a cutter-like locking device 17, which is preferably double-sided. It consists of a cutter spring 18, which is preferably designed as a helical compression spring and is located in a corresponding / receiving the locking member 5. A trapper ball 19 or 20 is assigned to each of its two ends. Each Schnepperkugel works optionally with one of two locking receptacles 21, 22 of the bearing block 11 or 12. They have a notch-like shape. As a result, the locking member 5 can be deflected in a spring-elastic manner in both pivoting end positions. If the deflection is too large, the locking element jumps to the other end position. The resilient deflection angle is set so that the locking member resiliently deflects only so far when latching with the catch 4 fixed to the wing 2 that the catch 4 can be brought into alignment with the slot-shaped catch receptacle 23 on the catch member 5 without this Latching element springs back into the starting position in this spring-elastic deflection. When the catch and the slot-shaped catch receptacle 23 are aligned, the fitting is locked due to the force of the cutter spring 18 of the cutter-like locking device 17. When the catch member 5 is in its working position, this catch takes place automatically, regardless of whether the wing 2 comes from its closed position or a relatively wide open position, because there is a run-up slope 24 or 25 on each side of the slot-shaped latching receptacle 23. From Fig. 1 it can be seen that the width 26 of the locking member 5, seen transversely to the locking direction, is substantially larger than the width of the detent 4, for example, is about three times. As a result, one does not have to rely on a precise screwing of the locking member 5 on the frame 1 in the vertical direction. This allows the fitting of the fitting according to the invention to an already installed window or door, even by a layperson. According to, for example, at least one push-through bore 27 for a fastening screw is provided on the base plate of the drilling part 14. In addition, it is expressly pointed out that, of course, the kinematically reversed version is also possible, in which the catches are on the fixed frame and the latching member on the sash, but the drawn versions are preferred because they are more likely to be used in the single-drilling version There is space as the kinematically reversed variant. It is also conceivable to dispense with the spring-elastic deflection of the locking member 5 mounted on the fixed frame 1 and instead to provide the mobility required for locking on the catch of the wing 2 by either designing it to be deflectable or displaceable in the manner of a snapper .

Due to the symmetrical design of the parts, left and right use is advantageously possible.
