Abstract

Hair dryer comprising a tubular housing, a resistor and a motor fan unit adapted so as to create, in the housing, a flow of air passing over the resistor. According to the invention, the housing comprises a rear section (30) and a front section (32) which are assembled together by means of an elastic snapping action; the motor fan unit and the resistor (12) are mounted on the rear section (30); the front section (32) slips over the resistor (12) which, after assembly of the two sections, is thus located inside the front section (32).
