Claims (6)

1. Cheminée avec un foyer (1) ouvert, un conduit (9) d'évacuation de fumée et avec un système de tubes à fumée (19, 22a, 22b, 23) addi- tionel traversant une chambre d'air frais (28), ce system conduisant du foyer (1) à la chambre d'air frais (28) et sortant dans le conduit (9) d'évacuation de fumée après avoir traversé la dite chambre (28), caractérisée par le fait que
- le système de tubes (19, 22a, 22b, 23) passe par la chambre d'air frais (28) en forme de méandre et qu'
- une jalousie fermante (11) pour fermer le foyer (1) et un clapet de fermeture (13) pour le conduit d'évacuation (9) entre le foyer et l'entrée du système de tubes à fumée de même que
- des conduits (39) entrant dans le foyer pour amener l'air de combustion en détournant la jalousie fermante (11) sont prévus.
2. Cheminée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un ventilateur (35) est prévu pour chasser l'airfrais par la chambre d'airfrais (28).
3. Cheminée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la jalousie (11) et le clapet de fermenture (13) sont accouplés au point de vue de mouvement, de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'un moteur.
4. Cheminée selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le système de tubes à fumée a une ouverture (17b) sortant dans la partie supérieure du foyer (1) et depuis là au moins deux tuyaux (22a) qui amènent d'abord vers le bas puis (22b) vers le haut contre une ouverture (25b), située en-dessus du clapet de fermeture (13), et entrant dans le conduit d'évacuation (9) de fumée.
5. Cheminée selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le conduit (39) d'air de combustion détournant la jalousie fermante (11) est muni d'un clapet de réglage (41) qui est préférablement réglé par un thermostat de chambre (47).
6. Cheminée selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que le ventilateur (35) est réglé à main (49) et/ou par un élément thermo-sensitif au système de tube à fumée (22a, 22b).
