Description
- La présente invention concerne le domaine de la protection des personnes, en particulier de la population civile contre les risques atomiques, et a pour objet un abri anti-atomique.
- Les abris de ce type existant actuellement sont généralement constitués soit sous forme d'une construction cubique en béton armé enterrée dans le sol et reliée par un sas au sous-sol d'une maison d'habitation, soit sous forme d'éléments cylindriques en acier ou en béton armé assemblés entre eux, fermés aux extrémités, également enterrés dans le sol, et munis d'un sas d'entrée communiquant avec un sous-sol. Tous ces abris sont, en outre, munis d'une sortie à l'air libre débouchant dans un sas de décontamination et pourvue d'un couvercle de fermeture étanche.
- Les abris formés par des éléments cylindriques en acier sont généralement fermés par des fonds bombés et reliés au sous-sol d'une maison d'habitation ou d'un immeuble (voir FR-A-1 368 087). De tels abris comportent, en particulier selon FR-A-1 348 916, un sas d'entrée et un sas de décontamination séparés de la partie habitable par des portes blindées étanches, ainsi qu'un trou d'homme débouchant dans le sas de décontamination et fermé à sa partie supérieure par une trappe blindée étanche. En outre, l'assemblage des éléments cylindriques sous forme de modules s'effectue avec prévision de renforts périphériques au niveau de leur jonction. De plus, ces éléments cylindriques peuvent avantageusement être disposés, de manière connue dans le domaine de la chaudronnerie, sur des berceaux.
- Toutefois, ces abris connus, en particulier ceux constitués en béton armé, présentent une résistance aléatoire à l'onde de choc provenant d'une explosion atomique et leur protection contre les infiltrations d'humidité est difficile à réaliser. En outre, dans les abris existants, la liaison avec le sas d'entrée ne permet pas d'absorber les déplacements latéraux éventuels. En outre, l'ancrage de la sortie à l'air libre peut également être sujet à des déformations, et ladite sortie ne permet pas une bonne isolation de l'abri contre les ondes de choc et de chaleur.
- La présente invention a pour but de pallier ces inconvénients.
- Elle a, en effet, pour objet un abri anti-atomique, essentiellement constitué par un cylindre en acier, constitué par un assemblage de modules munis de renforts périphériques externes et/ou internes au niveau de leur jonction, et fermé par deux fonds bombés, enterré en position horizontale, reposant sur des berceaux, et communiquant avec un sous-sol d'une maison d'habitation ou d'un immeuble au moyen d'un sas d'entrée, et avec l'air libre par l'intermédiaire d'un trou d'homme débouchant dans un sas de décontamination et fermé à sa partie supérieure par une trappe blindée étanche, les passages entre les sas d'entrée et de décontamination et la partie habitable étant fermés par des portes blindées étanches, caractérisé en ce que le trou d'homme est constitué par deux cylindres concentriques en acier entre lesquels est coulé du béton armé dont l'armature est solidarisée avec des crochets solidaires du cylindre en acier, en ce que dans l'espace annulaire du trou d'homme rempli de béton armé sont réservés des fourreaux de passage pour les tuyaux d'évacuation et de prise d'air, pour les antennes de radio et/ou de télévision, et/ou pour un périscope, une sonde, ou autre, en ce que les matériaux de remplissage de la fouille, après mise en place du cylindre, sont constitués par une couche de gravier et de sable mélangés entourant la partie inférieure du cylindre environ sur la moitié de sa hauteur, par une couche d'argile, de marne, de glaise, ou sableuse ou de baryte broyée recouvrant la première, et par une couche de terre végétale recouvrant l'ensemble et permettant la plantation d'une végétation, des tuyaux de drainage assurant l'écoulement de l'eau de surface, et en ce que le sas d'entrée est muni d'un joint élastique permettant d'absorber les déplacement latéraux.
- L'invention sera mieux comprise grâce à la description ci-après, qui se rapporte à des modes de réalisation préférés, donnés à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, et expliqués avec référence aux dessins schématiques annexés dans lesquels:
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe longitudinale d'un abri conforme à l'invention;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective, à plus grande échelle, du trou d'homme;
- la figure 3 est une vue analogue à celle de la figure 2 montrant le remplissage du trou d'homme de matériau isolant;
- la figure 4 est une vue analogue à celle de la figure 1, d'une variante de réalisation de l'invention;
- la figure 5 est une vue partielle en perspective et en coupe, à plus grande échelle, montrant la jonction entre le sas d'entrée et le cylindre en acier;
- la figure 6 est une vue analogue à celle des figures 1 et 4 représentant une variante de réalisation du sas d'entrée;
- la figure 7 est une vue en coupe d'une variante de réalisation du trou d'homme, et
- la figure 8 est une vue partielle en élévation et en coupe d'une extrémité de l'abri.
- Conformément à l'invention, et comme le montrent plus particulièrement, à titre d'exemple, les figures 1 et 2, des dessins annexés, l'abri anti-atomique est essentiellement constitué par un cylindre 1 en acier fermé par deux fonds bombés 2, enterré en position horizontale, reposant sur des berceaux 3, et communiquant avec un sous-sol d'une maison d'habitation ou d'un immeuble au moyen d'un sas d'entrée 4, et avec l'air libre par l'intermédiaire d'un trou d'homme 5 qui débouche dans un sas de décontamination 6, et est fermé à sa partie supérieure par une trappe blindée 7 étanche, et par des portes blindées étanches 8 et 9 fermant les passages entre les sas d'entrée 4 et de décontamination 6 et la partie habitable 10. En outre, le cylindre 1 est constitué par un assemblage de modules 1' munis de renforts périphériques 11 externes et/ou internes s'étendant au niveau de leur jonction permettant une rapidité de fabrication en usine et une adaptation des dimensions de l'abri aux besoins. Cet abri est caractérisé que le trou d'homme 5 est constitué par deux cylindres concentriques en acier 12 (figure 2) entre lesquels est coulé du béton armé 13 dont l'armature est solidarisée avec des crochets 14 solidaires du cylindre en acier. Dans l'espace annulaire rempli de béton armé 13 sont réservés des fourreaux 15 de passage pour les tuyaux d'évacuation et de prise d'air, pour les antennes radio et de télévision, et/ou pour un périscope, une sonde, ou autre.
- Grâce à ce mode de réalisation du trou d'homme 5, les effets de surpression et de déplacements latéraux sont mieux absorbés. En outre, le remplissage en béton armé 13 a également un effet bénéfique sur la chaleur et le rayonnement. Ce dernier effet est encore accentué par la prévision d'un remplissage 16 du volume intérieur du trou d'homme 5 avec du sable de silice ou un autre matériau isolant granuleux ou pulvérulent (figure 3). A cet effet, l'intérieur du trou d'homme 5 est relié par l'intermédiaire d'un tuyau 17 muni d'un bouchon 18 à une réserve extérieure permettant un remplissage du volume par gravité, le sable, ou autre, étant retenu dans ledit volume grâce à une deuxième trappe 19 fermant l'ouverture entre le trou d'homme 5 et le sas de décontamination 6 et munie d'une vanne 20 permettant l'écoulement du sable, ou autre, à travers une goulotte amovible 21 dans un bac de récupération.
- Les tuyaux traversant les fourreaux 15 sont avantageusement munis de bagues d'étanchéité et de guidage entre lesquelles est mis en place un remplissage de matériau isolant tel que du sable de silice. Grâce à cette constitution, les différents tuyaux communiquant avec l'extérieur pourront être manoeuvrés sans danger par les occupants.
- Enfin, pour permettre une réutilisation du matériau isolant 16, il est prévu, conformément à une autre caractéristique de l'invention, d'équiper le bac disposé dans le sas 6, d'une vis d'Archimède, non représentée, dont la partie supérieure débouche à travers la paroi du trou d'homme 5.
- En vue d'améliorer les qualités de protection de l'abri, la fouille est comblée, après mise en place du cylindre 1, par une couche 22 de gravier et de sable mélangés entourant la partie inférieure du cylindre 1 environ sur la moitié de sa hauteur, par une couche 23 d'argile, de marne, de glaise, ou sableuse, ou de baryte broyée recouvrant la première, et par une couche 24 de terre végétale recouvrant l'ensemble et permettant la plantation d'une végétation. Des tuyaux de drainage 25 assurent l'écoulement de l'eau de surface en direction du pourtour du cylindre 1 favorisant ainsi une protection contre le rayonnement neutronique et contre la chaleur.
- Dans le cas où le niveau de la nappe phréatique est relativement élevé, l'eau peut être utilisé comme moyen de protection autour du cylindre 1. A cet effet, ce dernier est entouré de gravier et de sable, ainsi qu'éventuellement de déchets de baryte concassée, et une dalle de béton flottante 26 est coulée au-dessus du cylindre 1 pour équilibrer la pression de l'eau. Au-dessus de cette dalle 26 est prévue une couche de terre végétale (figure 4). Dans ce mode de réalisation, le trou d'homme 5 est entouré d'une couche d'argile, de marne ou de glaise afin d'éviter un arrachement dû à un déplacement latéral.
- Le sas d'entrée 4 (figure 5) est constitué par une enveloppe métallique 27 de section rectangulaire surmontée par un toit de section semi-cylindrique 28, et dans laquelle est prévu un escalier métallique d'accès. L'enveloppe 27 est reliée à sa partie supérieure au mur de l'habitation par scellement au moyen de profils en acier munis d'un joint étanche en caoutchouc. A sa partie inférieure, près du cylindre 1, l'enveloppe est munie d'un joint en caoutchouc 29 en forme de soufflet fixé à ses extrémités au moyen de fers plats, et ce joint est protégé par un profilé en U 30 fixé par une de ses ailes sur l'enveloppe et reposant par son autre aile sur le cadre dormant de la porte blindée 8 par l'intermédiaire de galets 31 montés sur coussinets.
- La figure 6 représente une variante de réalisation de l'invention, dans laquelle le sas d'entrée 4 est constitué sous forme d'un cylindre métallique vertical 32 relié, d'une part, au sous-sol de la maison d'habitation, et, d'autre part, à la porte blindée étanche 8, et est muni d'un escalier hélicoïdal 33 monté sur un montant central 34, et adaptable aux niveaux à relier. Grâce à ce mode de réalisation, il est possible d'adapter parfaitement le sas d'entrée 4 aux variations de niveau possibles entre le sous-sol et le cylindre 1, et le montage du sas 4 peut être effectué très rapidement.
- Pour réaliser un meilleur raidissement de l'espace annulaire du trou d'homme 5 constitué par les cylindres concentriques 12, ces derniers sont avantageusement reliés par des raidisseurs longitudinaux 35 s'étendant radialement entre les cylindres 12, et la liaison entre ledit trou d'homme 5 et le cylindre 1 est réalisée grâce à une couronne 36 soudée sur ce dernier et munie de raidisseurs 37 s'étendant radialement. L'espace annulaire ainsi rigidifié est rempli de béton armé 13.
- Conformément à une autre caractéristique de l'invention, et comme le montre la figure 8, au moins l'un des deux fonds bombés 2 fermant le cylindre 1 est muni d'une deuxième paroi 38 avantageusement bombée en sens inverse et délimitant avec ledit fond bombé 2 un volume pouvant être subdivisé verticalement et/ou horizontalement par une ou plusieurs parois 39 en deux ou plusieurs réservoirs 40 permettant le stockage d'eau potable, de combustibel liquide, ou autre. Grâce à ce mode de réalisation, l'autonomie de l'abri conforme à l'invention est largement augmentée.
- Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux modes de réalisation décrits et représentés aux dessins annexés.
