Claims (16)

1. Verfahren zur Bildung und zum Umbinden abgeteilter Mengen von Gegenständen, bei welchem abgeteilte Mengen von Gegenständen gebildet, die Gegenstände dieser abgeteilten Mengen dicht aneinander gedrückt, die eine abgeteilte Menge bildenden Gegenstände in einer Bindestation umbunden und dann aus dieser entnommen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aufeinanderfolgend
- die Gegenstände einzeln oder teilweise gruppiert zu einer Sammel- und Bindefläche gefördert werden, wo sie in einer Lage mit seitlichem Kontakt zueinander zusammengestellt werden, wobei während dieses Vorgangs der Rahmen der Bindevorrichtung sich in einer Bereitschaftsstellung befindet, in welcher dieser die Förderung der Gegenstände nicht behindert,
- der Rahmen der Bindevorrichtung derart in Stellung gebracht wird, dass dieser die abgeteilte Menge auf der Sammelfläche vollständig umschliesst, wobei der Binderahmen in dieser Stellung die Förderung weiterer Gegenstände auf die Sammel- und Bindefläche unterbindet,
- die abgeteilte Menge von Gegenständen umbunden und von der Sammel- und Bindefläche abgehoben wird und
- der Binderahmen für eine weitere Arbeitsfolge in Bereitschaftsstellung gebracht wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überführung der Bindevorrichtung von der Bereitschaftsstellung in die Bindestellung durch Drehung von mindestens einem den Rahmen enthaltenden Teil der Bindevorrichtung um eine feste Achse bewirkt wird, die parallel zur Sammel- und Bindefläche sowie quer zur Förderrichtung der Gegenstände angeordnet ist.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens der Teil des Rahmens, der vor der Förderstrecke der Gegenstände zur Sammel- und Bindefläche liegt, sich in der Bereitschaftsstellung in einem ausreichend grossen Abstand oberhalb des Fördermittels für die Gegenstände befindet, so dass er den Vorschub der Gegenstände nicht behindert, und dem Fördermittel angenähert wird, um in Bindestellung gebracht zu werden.
4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sammeln und das Binden auf dem Fördermittel für die Gegenstände vorgenommen wird.
5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände kontinuierlich gefördert werden.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Bindevorgangs auf der Förderbahn der Gegenstände eine Sperre zur Trennung und/oder Rückhaltung von Gegenständen in Überzahl angeordnet ist.
7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände in Gruppen, die jede aus einer vorbestimmten Reihe gebildet sind, zur Sammel-und Bindefläche gefördert werden.

Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Bindevorgangs die auf der Sammel- und Bindefläche ruhenden Gegenstände durch eine Greifeinrichtung in Stellung gehalten werden, die auch zum Anheben der abgeteilten Menge von Gegenständen nach dem Binden dient.

Vorrichtung zur Bildung und zum Umbinden von abgeteilten Mengen von Gegenständen (11) für ein Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer Einrichtung (1) zur Förderung der Gegenstände zu einer Sammel- und Bindefläche, welche von Anschlagführungen (4, 5) für die Gegenstände begrenzt sind, die mit Ausnahme der Seite, an welcher die Gegenstände auf die Fläche gelangen, über den Gesamtumfang der Fläche angeordnet sind, mit einer Bindevorrichtung, von der mindestens ein Teil beweglich ist, derart, dass der Rahmen (2) der Vorrichtung in mindestens zwei Stellungen gebracht werden kann, nämlich einer Bindestellung, in welcher der Rahmen die abgeteilte und zu bindende Menge von Gegentänden auf der Sammel-und Bindefläche umgibt, und eine Bereitschaftsstellung, in welcher der der Zutrittsseite der Sammelfläche für die Gegenstände zugeordnete Rand des Rahmens derart angeordnet ist, dass dieser nicht die Förderung der Gegenstände behindert, sowie mit einer beweglichen Greifeinrichtung (21, 22, 23) zum Greifen und zum Abheben der abgeteilten und gebundenen Menge von Gegenständen von der Sammel- und Bindefläche.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindevorrichtung um eine Achse bewegbar angeordnet ist, welche sich im wesentlichen parallel zur Sammel- und Bindefläche sowie quer zur Förderrichtung der Gegenstände erstreckt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine vor der Sammel- und Bindefläche angeordnete Einrichtung (6) aufweist, die mit der Bewegung des Rahmens (2) der Bindevorrichtung derart synchronisiert ist, dass sie die Förderung der Gegenstände sperrt, wenn sich der Rahmen in Bindestellung befindet, und in der Bereitschaftsstellung des Rahmens passieren lässt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Sperre (6) bildende Einrichtung durch eine quer zur Förderbahn der Gegenstände angeordnete Stange gebildet ist, welche derart auf drehbeweglichen Stützgliedern (19) angeordnet ist, dass die Stange sich in Bereitschaftsstellung des Rahmens in ausreichendem Abstand zur Fördereinrichtung (1) befindet, so dass sie die Förderung der Gegenstände nicht behindert.
13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördereinrichtung für die Gegenstände (11) durch einen Bandförderer (1) gebildet ist, auf dem die Sammel- und Bindefläche gebildet ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bandförderer (1) mittels einer Verteileinrichtung (8) mit Gegenständen (11) versorgt ist, welche die Gegenstände ausgerichtet und in vorbestimmter Anzahl übergibt, wobei die Anzahl von Gegenständen aufeinanderfolgender Reihen entsprechend einer in Abhängigkeit von der zu bildenden abgeteilten Menge programmierten Aufteilung variieren kann.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifeinrichtung (21, 22, 23) vertikal beweglich angetrieben ist, um die Gegenstände während des Bindens zu greifen und diese von der Sammel- und Bindefläche nach dem Binden abzuheben, wobei die Bewegung mit der der Bindevorrichtung synchronisiert ist.
16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (3) zur Aufgabe und zur Fixierung des Bindebandes mit dem Rahmen (2) verbunden und auf der der Drehachse benachbarten Seite des Rahmens angeordnet ist.
