Claims (5)

1. Tube à rayons X comportant un blindage entourant latéralement l'espace de décharge situé entre l'anode et la cathode, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens grâce auxquels le blindage (11) est maintenu à un potentiel supérieur à la moitié du potentiel d'anode et inférieur au potentiel total d'anode.
2. Tube à rayons X selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le blindage entoure l'espace de décharge en comportant également des parties s'étendant suivant la direction radiale.
3. Tube à rayons X suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le blindage (11) comporte un support qui s'accroche sur une partie annulaire (2) disposée concentriquement par rapport à l'axe du tube et qui est constitué en un métal et jouxte, d'un côté, une partie isolante (3) qui porte l'ensemble cathodique (4), et de l'autre côté, une partie isolante (5) qui porte l'ensemble anodique (6).
4. Tube suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que les parties isolantes sont constituées par du verre.
5. Tube suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le blindage (11) et l'anneau (2) sont constitués en un matériau conduisant bien la chaleur.
