Abstract

Son piètement (2) comprend deux cadres (18, 19) reliés par des entretoises (20, 21, 22). Le bras (18a, 19a) de chaque cadre est pourvu de deux entailles (23, 24). Les longerons de la surface de siège (3) comportent chacun une encoche (27) et une saillie (25) tandis que ses montants (8, 9) du dossier (4) sont munis d'un crochet (26) et d'une butée (28). Si les encoches (27) coopèrent avec l'entretoise médiane (21) et les butées (28) avec les entailles (23) le fauteuil est en position basse. En position haute les saillies (25) sont retenues par les entailles (24) et les crochets (26) appuient contre l'entretoise arrière (20). Mobilier de jardin et d'extérieur.

Description

  • La présente invention est relative à des perfectionnements apportés aux fauteuils qu'on utilise sur les terrasses, dans les jardins et autres lieux de plein air.
  • Les sièges du genre en question sont généralement agencés de manière que leur dossier présente une inclinaison telle par rapport à la surface de siège que l'utilisateur se trouve largement renversé en arrière et assis relativement près du sol. On comprend aisément que de tels fauteuils ne peuvent pas être employés autour d'une table si les utilisateurs désirent utiliser cette dernière pour une raison ou pour une autre. Dans ces conditions il faut prévoir un deuxième jeu de sièges de hauteur convenable par rapport à une table et dont le dossier soit relativement droit. Ceci entraîne des frais supplémentaires non négligeables et des difficultés de stockage par augmentation du volume des articles à ranger pendant la mauvaise saison.
  • Les perfectionnements qui font l'objet de la présente invention visent à remédier à ces inconvénients et à permettre la réalisation d'un fauteuil qui comporte deux positions, l'une de repos et l'autre permettant de s'installer autour d'une table ; en outre le fauteuil suivant l'invention est réalisé en matière imputrescible de telle sorte qu'à l'extrême rigueur il peut rester à l'extérieur en toutes saisons;
  • Le fauteuil suivant l'invention comporte deux parties articulées constituant l'une la surface de siège et l'autre le dossier, son piètement étant pourvu de moyens de soutient des deux parties articulées à deux positions différentes de celles-ci, c'est-à-dire qu'à la première de ces positions la surface de siège est basse et le dossier est relativement renversé, tandis que la seconde correspond à une position plus haute de la surface de siège, le dossier étant redressé davantage.
  • Suivant l'invention les longerons de la surface de siège_ sont chacun pourvus d'une encoche destinée à coopérer avec l'une des entretoises du piètement et de deux saillies propres à venir reposer contre le fond de l'entaille avant des cadres du piètement.
  • Le dessin annexé, donné à tire d'exemple, permettra de mieux comprendre l'invention, les caractéristiques qu'elle présente et les avantages qu'elle est susceptible de procurer :
    • Fig. 1 est une vue en perspective d'un fauteuil établi conformément à l'invention.
    • Fig. 2 et 3 illustrent en vue de côté les deux positions de ce fauteuil.
    • Fig. 4 est une vue en perspective d'un pouf suivant l'invention prévu pour coopérer avec le fauteuil dans ses deux positions.
    • Fig. 5 et 6 illustrent comment le pouf est utilisé dans les deux positions du fauteuil suivant l'invention.
  • On a représenté en fig. 1 un fauteuil établi conformément à l'invention et qui comprend deux éléments principaux soit un siège articulé 1 et un piètement 2. Le siège est en deux parties soit une surface de siège 3 et un dossier 4. On observe que celui-ci peut être prolongé vers le haut par une têtière 5. La surface de siège et le dossier 4 sont réalisés au moyen respectivement de deux longerons 6, 7 et de deux montants 8, 9 et qui sont articulés deux à deux autour d'un axe 10. Des traverses référencées 11 à 15 servent à maintenir l'écartement des longerons 6, 7 et des montants 8, 9 de manière qu'on puisse tendre entre eux des nappes 16, 17 correspondant à la surface de siège 3 et au dossier 4. Ces nappes sont préférablement réalisées sous la forme d'un filet fabriqué à partir de fils de matière synthétique de manière qu'il soit imputrescible.
  • Le piètement 2 est réalisé au moyen de deux cadres 18, 19 de forme rectangulaire réunis par des entretoises 20, 21 et 22 assurant leur écartement. Ces entretoises peuvent être réalisées en toute matière appropriée par exemple en matière plastique ou en métal inoxydable. Le côté supérieur de chaque cadre constitue un bras ou accoudoir 18a, grâce à un prolongement latéral 18b respectivement 19b qui élargit considérablement la face supérieure du bras en question. On observe que chaque bras 18a, 19a est pourvu d'une entaille 23 ménagée dans la face interne et qui présente une profondeur. réduite. On observe que l'entaille en question se trouve située à l'arrière du bras et au voisinage du pied arrière 18c, 19c de chaque cadre 18, 19.
  • Chaque bras 18a, 19a est encore pourvu d'une seconde entaille 24 réalisée à partir de sa face intérieure au-dessus du pied. avant 18d, 19d de chaque cadre. Cette entaille se termine par une extrémité inférieure rétrécie comme on l'expliquera mieux plus loin.
  • Chacun des longerons 6, 7 de la surface de siège 3 est pourvu d'une saillie latérale 25 dépassant vers l'extérieur et présentant une épaisseur relativement réduite dans le sens vertical de telle manière qu'elle est susceptible de venir coopérer pratiquement sans jeu latéral avec la partie inférieure de l'entaille 24 de chacun des cadres 18, 19 du piètement 2 comme illustré en fig. 2. On comprend que le débouché vers le haut de cette entaille étant évasé, ceci facilite la mise en place de la saillie 25. Les deux montants 8 et 9 du dossier 4 sont pourvus sur leur Face arrière d'un crochet 26 (fig. 1 et 2) destiné à venir s'engager autour de l'entretoise 20 du piètement réunissant les deux angles supérieurs arrière des deux cadres. Comme illustré en fig. 2 on obtient ainsi un fauteuil dont la surface de siège se trouve à une distance telle du sol que son utilisateur peut aisément s'asseoir autour d'une table comme s'il utilisait une chaise ordinaire.
  • Au contraire si l'utilisateur désire se reposer il soulève le siège articulé 1 en extrayant les saillies 25 des entailles 24 et en dégageant les crochets 26 de l'entretoise 20. Le siège articulé est ensuite descendu, les saillies 24 étant disposées à l'avant des pieds 18d, 19d des cadres 18, 19 de sorte qu'elles ne peuvent pas gêner le déplacement en question. Des encoches 27 ménagées dans la partie inférieure des longerons 6 et 7 de la surface de siège 3 viennent alors entourer l'entretoise 21 disposée en gros entre le milieu de chacun des pieds 18d, 19d. Les crochets 26 échappant au préalable à l'entretoise 20, des butées latérales 28 portées -par l'extérieur des montants 8 et 9 sont amenées aisément dans les entailles 23 (fig. 3). On note qu'alors le dossier 4 et sa têtière 5 forment avec la surface de siège un angle nettement supérieur à celui que ces éléments déterminent lorsque le siège articulé est à la position de fig. 2.
  • En vue de parfaire le confort de l'utilisateur on prévoit d'adjoindre au fauteuil suivant l'invention un pouf 29 illustré en fig. 4 et qui comprend deux cadres 30, 31 de forme rectangulaire réunis au niveau de deux de leurs côtés adjacents par des cloisons ajourées 32, 33 sans solution de continuité. La largeur et la longueur des cadres 30, 31 correspondent à très peu près à la distance séparant le bord de la surface de siège 3 du fauteuil précédemment décrit dans l'une ou l'autre de ses positions comme illustré en fig. 5 et 6. Autrement dit la largeur des cadres en question est telle que l'utilisateur assis dans le fauteuil en position basse peut placer ses jambes sur la plus grande des deux faces du pouf comme illustré en fig. 5, c'est-à-dire sur la cloison 32.
  • Si le pouf 29 est placé avec ses petits côtés sur le sol l'utilisateur peut allonger ses jambes sur l'autre cloison 33 lorsque le fauteuil est en position haute, comme illustré en fig. 6.
  • On observe que les cadres 30 et 31 sont divergents à l'opposé de la cloison 32 de manière que les poufs ainsi obtenus soient empilables. Dans ces conditions la cloison 33 affecte la forme d'un trapèze isocèle.
  • On a ainsi réalisé de manière simple et économique un fauteuil à deux positions et le pouf qui peut lui être adjoint. Tous ces éléments établis de préférence en une matière plastique moulée sont imputrescibles de sortes que de tels méubles peuvent rester à l'extérieur quelles que soient les intempéries.
  • Bien que le fauteuil ait été décrit comme présentant une surface de siège et un dossier réalisés au moyen d'un filet, les montants 6 et 7 ainsi que ceux 8 et 9 pourraient faire partie d'une unique pièce moulée.

Claims (6)

1. Fauteuil du genre comportant d'une part un siège articulé (1) pourvu d'un dossier (4) et d'une surface de siège (3), et d'autre part un piètement (2), caractérisé en ce que les longerons de la surface de siège (3) sont chacun pourvus d'une encoche (27) destinée à coopérer avec l'une (21) des entretoises du piètement et de deux saillies (28) propres à venir reposer contre le fond de l'entaille avant (24) des cadres (18, 19) du piètement (2).
2. Fauteuil suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les montants (8, 9) du dossier (4) comprennent chacun une butée latérale (28) et un crochet arrière (26) propres à coopérer respectivement avec l'entaille (23) située au niveau du pied arrière du cadre correspondant du piètement (2) et avec une entretoise de ce dernier.
3. Fauteuil suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un filet en matière synthétique (16, 17) est tendu sur la surface de siège (3) et sur le dossier (4).
4. Fauteuil suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que ses montants (6, 7) et (8, 9) font partie intégrante d'une cloison réalisée en une seule pièce et constituant respectivement une surface de siège (3) et un dossier (4).
5. Combinaison d'un fauteuil suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et d'un pouf, caractérisée en ce que ce dernier est établi de manière à présenter en profil une section rectangulaire dont la longueur des côtés correspond respectivement aux deux hauteurs de la surface de siège (3) du fauteuil dans ses deux positions.
6. Pouf suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est établi au moyen de deux cadres rectangulaires (30, 31) réunies par des cloisons (32, 33) sur lesquelles l'utilisateur pose les jambes.
