Definitions
- the invention relates to a sootblower arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a sootblower arrangement is known from DE-C 1 063 314, according to which the nozzles of the double pipes are each directed towards a loose bundle of vertical pipes. Since these pipes partially shade each other, the cleaning effect on the pipes is very different and therefore the soot bubble effect is relatively low.
- this object is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
- a surface flow against the tube walls is achieved, the radiation energy of the soot blowing medium resulting in a high cleaning effect.
- the prismatic arrangement of the tube walls achieves the additional advantage that, in the case of very large heat exchangers, individual walls or parts thereof can be welded in the workshop by means of stationary devices and only joined together to form a prismatic gas train after they have been transported to the assembly site.
- the consumption of high-tension soot blowing medium can be kept within a tolerable range during operation of the arrangement according to the invention, while at the same time it is avoided that secondary flows of dirty flue gas form in the inner tubes.
- FIG. 1 shows a double tube 3 formed from an inner tube 1 and an outer tube 2 concentric with it.
- the inner tube 1 is drilled radially at several locations (only one location is shown), and nozzles 5 are welded radially into the bores.
- These nozzles consist of short tube sections which are tapered on both sides, with a larger cone tip angle on the inlet side facing the tube 1 and a smaller cone tip angle on the outlet side of the nozzle.
- pipes 1 and 2 are inserted into each other and the inner pipe is wedged in the outer pipe so that it lies along a surface line. Then both tubes are drilled radially at the same time, the inner tube is removed and the nozzles 5 are welded onto it exactly radially. The inner tube 1 is then installed in the outer tube 2 such that the nozzles are aligned with the bores in the outer tube 2. Now the inner tube 1 is raised to the desired position with tools inserted behind the tubes radially to the tubes, and the welds between the nozzles 5 and the outer tube 2 are carried out thereon.
- such double pipes 3 are installed, for example, in the wall of cooled flue gas ducts. These walls consist of parallel tubes 10 which are welded to one another via fins 11 arranged centrally between two tubes. In the plane of such welded pipes, double pipes 3 are arranged in the region of an edge between two pipe walls. The tubes 3 are rotated so that the axes of the nozzles are aligned almost parallel to the neighboring wall, which is somewhat inclined.
- FIG. 4 shows, the nozzles of two sootblower tubes 3 lying opposite one another, which are assigned to the same wall plane, are arranged offset from one another, so that the blowing compartments adjoin one another.
- the wall pipes 10 and the outer pipes 2 are, as shown in FIG. 2, connected to a distributor 20. Shortly above the distributor 20, the inner tube 1 penetrates the outer tube 2 in an arc.
- the outer tube 2 is drawn in in the region of its lower end and is welded to the distributor 20 via an opening.
- the wall tubes 10 adjacent to the outer tube 2 are bent out like a knee and are also welded to the distributor 20 via an opening at approximately 45 °.
- the next wall pipes 10 alternately open straight or via a knee in the distributor 20.
- the tubes 1 are connected via a valve 25 to a blown medium reservoir, not shown, which is charged by a compressor.
- flue gas from the flue gas duct can be used as the blowing medium. This is expediently freed of suspended matter as far as possible before it is used as a blowing medium.
- the walls are generally cleaned cyclically by alternately opening the valves 25 of the individual inner tubes 1 for a short time.
- valves 25 may be expedient to use the valves 25 to provide a small leak, so that - even if they are closed - the nozzles 5 are always supplied with a small amount of blowing medium. This avoids that when the valves 25 are closed, a secondary flow builds up in the sections between the nozzles of the tubes 1, through which ash and flake particles could be carried into the inner tubes 1.
- FIG. 5 instead of a one-piece nozzle 5, a sleeve 6 with an internal thread is welded between the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2. A replaceable nozzle 7 is screwed into the sleeve 6.

Description
- Fig. 4: einen Vertikalschnitt nach IV-IV in Figur 3.
