Claims (5)

1. Verfahren zum Füllen eines dochtlosen Wegwerfgasfeuerzeugs, bei welchem die obere Wandung (2) des Tanks (7) oder der Kopf des Feuerzeugs von einem Schacht (3) durchdrungen ist, der als Aufnahme für das Ventil dient, welches ein Brennerventil sowie ein Druckverringerungsfilter (5) umfasst, das sandwichartig zwischen einem den Ventilsitz bildenden Bauelement (4) und einem Stützteil (6) für das Filter (5) gefasst ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- dass der Schacht (3) mit einem Verschlussteil (8) ausgestattet wird, das zwischen drei Positionen verschiebbar ist, nämlich
- einer wenig versenkten ersten Position, in der zwischen dem Verschlussteil (8) und der Innenwandung des Schachts (3) ein Durchgang für das Fliessen des flüssigen Brennstoffs ausgespart ist,
- einer mehr versenkten zweiten Position, in der der Schacht (3) völlig verschlossen ist,
- und einer ganz versenkten dritten Position, in der das Verschlussteil (8) von dem Schacht (3) völlig losgelöst ist,
- und dass der Schacht (3) als Öffnung für das Füllen des Tanks (7) mit flüssigem Brennstoff verwendet wird.
2. Für die Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 geeignetes dochtloses Feuerzeug mit einem die obere Wandung (2) des Tanks (7) oder den Feuerzeugkopf durchdringenden Schacht (3), der als Aufnahme für das Ventil dient, das ein Brennerventil sowie ein Druckverringerungsfilter (5) umfasst, das sandwichartig zwischen einem den Ventilsitz bildenden Bauelement (4) und einem Stützteil (6) für das Filter (5) gefasst ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- dass einerseits der freie innere Endbereich des zur Aufnahme des Ventils bestimmten Schachts (3) eine Innenschulter (3a) bildet
- und dass andererseits ein diesem inneren Endbereich (3a) des Schachts (3) zugeordnetes Verschlussteil (8) vorgesehen ist, welches drei Abschnitte aufweist, nämlich
- einen den inneren Endbereich des Verschlussteils (8) bildenden ersten Abschnitt (8a), der den gleichen Querschnitt hat wie die Bohrung des inneren Endbereichs (3a) des Schachts (3) und der wenigstens eine Längskehle (8d) aufweist, die einen Durchgang zwischen ihm und der Wandung des inneren Endbereichs (3a) des Schachts (3) bildet, wenn dieser erste Abschnitt (8a) mit der genannten Innenschulter (3a) des Schachts (3) im Eingriff steht, das heisst, wenn das Verschlussteil (8) sich in der dem Füllen des Tanks (7) entsprechenden Position (Fig. 2) befindet,
- einen zweiten Abschnitt (8b) der den gleichen Querschnitt wie der erste Abschnitt (8a), jedoch keine Kehle besitzt und der ein Verschliessen des Tanks (7) sicherstellt, wenn er (8b) in einer Bereitschaftsstellung des Verschlussteils (8) mit der genannten Schulter (3a) des Schachts (3) im Eingriff steht (Fig. 3),
- sowie einen dritten Abschnitt (8c), der einen kleineren Querschnitt als die beiden anderen Abschnitte (8a, 8b) besitzt, und der eine völlige Loslösung des inneren Endbereichs (3a) des Schachts (3) von dem Verschlussteil (8) gewährleistet, wenn dieser dritte Abschnitt (8c) auf die Höhe der Schulter (3a) des Schachts (3) geführt ist, das heisst, wenn das Verschlussteil (3) sich in seiner dem Gebrauchszustand des Feuerzeugs entsprechenden Position (Fig. 4) befindet.
3. Feuerzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussteil (8) ursprünglich (Fig. 1) ein einziges Teil mit dem Schacht (3) bildet und mit diesem durch Stege oder einen dünnen Materialfilm (11) verbunden ist, die durch axiale Verschiebung des Verschlussteils (8) relativ zu dem Schacht (3) durchtrennbar sind.
4. Feuerzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege oder der Materialfilm (11) den freien Rand des inneren Endbereichs (3a) des Schachts (3) und die Schulter (8e) des Verschlussteils (8) verbinden, durch welche dessen zweiter Abschnitt (8b) von dem dritten Abschnitt (8c) getrennt ist.
5. Feuerzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- dass das freie Ende des dritten Abschnitts (8c) des Verschlussteils (8c) eine mit Rippen versehene Verlängerung (8f) aufweist
- und dass das das untere Stück des Ventils bildende Stützteil des Filters (5) einen zylindrischen Durchgang (6a) besitzt, der den gleichen Querschnitt hat wie die genannte Verlängerung (8f) und mit dieser in Eingriff bringbar ist, derart dass das Verschlussteil (8) nicht nur aus seiner den Tank (7) verschliessenden Position (Fig. 3) in die den Gebrauchszustand des Feuerzeugs entsprechende Position (Fig.4) überführbar, sondern auch sein Halten in dieser Position gesichert ist.
