Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dämmung geneigter Dächer, bestehend aus Dachträgern Schaumstoffplatten, Dachhautauflager und Dachhaut. The invention relates to insulation of pitched roofs, consisting of roof racks foam sheets, roof skin supports and roof skin.

The insulation of sloping roofs is of great importance today due to the energy shortage and the increased demands regarding sound insulation.

Glass fiber sheets on aluminum foils are known which are attached to the rafters with their overhanging edges from below.

In this construction there is a high level of thermal insulation between the rafters due to the glass wool arranged there. In relation to this, the rafters themselves are real thermal bridges, so that the degree of thermal insulation is significantly reduced. Clean processing is also difficult, in particular this applies to the connection of the glass wool to the rafters, which can hardly be checked after installation.

Foam sheets are also known, which are laid as a continuous layer above the rafters.

The soundproofing of the hard foam panels is low, so that depending on the roof covering, street noises or rain drops that have already hit the ground can make them unpleasantly noticeable. If there is no airtight formwork on the inside (e.g. profile boards), there is considerable ventilation and thus heat loss through the gaps that then exist. On the other hand, very densely laid foam sheets easily cause cracking noises due to temperature fluctuations and movement of the roof structure. Also with increasing insulation thicknesses the fastening of the roof skin with the substructure becomes more difficult.

The invention has for its object to find an insulation of a sloping roof, which in addition to perfect thermal insulation without harmful condensation, the sound transmission is greatly reduced and can be installed with little effort, an additional reflection of the heat radiation is desirable.

The object was achieved in that the foam sheets are provided with a layer of fiber material.

It is surprising to the person skilled in the art that, in the case of steep roofs, by arranging a layer of fiber material Depending on the thickness of the layer, the sound in front of the foam sheet can be reduced by 10 - 20 dB without the moisture penetration feared by experts, if, for example, the diffusion coefficient increases with PUR sheets (n = 80) in the direction of the roof skin. A further advantage is that the layer of fiber material in the transition area, in particular in the case of rafters, can be properly adapted. In addition, the fire hazard is significantly reduced by covering the foam panels. Furthermore, the hard foam sheets can be installed as a covering against rain and snow immediately after the roof truss has been erected.

In a special embodiment, the layer of fiber material is attached directly to the foam sheet.

By attaching the fiber material to the foam sheet, which can be done in the factory or with major adjustments at the construction site, it is achieved that a high thermal insulation is achieved through the intimate bond. The laying work is further simplified.

In another embodiment, the foam sheet rests on the roof racks, while the layer of fiber material is between the roof racks.

In the case of pitched roofs, the continuously laid foam panels provide excellent thermal insulation, which is significantly improved by a layer of fiber material to be adapted between the wooden rafters.

In a further embodiment, the foam sheet is connected to a layer of fiber material at the top with at least one water-repellent, vapor-permeable film which has parts protruding over the edge for the purpose of overlapping.

The underlying insulation material is protected against water and dust by the film, which is vapor permeable but not water permeable. At the same time, the protruding parts of the film, after being bonded to the adjacent bodies, prevent the rain from penetrating, especially before the actual roof skin is applied. At the same time, the connection can be designed so that any extensions, e.g. can be absorbed as a result of temperature.

In one possible embodiment, the foam sheet, including a layer of fiber material, consists of parallel, close-lying strips which are connected to one another via the film.

With such a roll-up insulation sheet, simple handling, e.g. the deck width between two rafters can be closed in a single operation, which is very economical.

In a preferred embodiment, the film has a reflective surface.

As a result of the reflection - e.g. through an aluminum foil - the heat rays of the roof are reflected, so that part of the solar radiation no longer needs to be taken into account in the insulation.

In one embodiment, the foam sheet is made of polyurethane.

Polyurethane is an insulation material that, in addition to a high degree of insulation, also has a strength that is sufficient to freely span gaps. The fabric is therefore particularly suitable for self-supporting, flat constructions.
