Description

The invention relates to an insulated, sloping roof, consisting of roof skin, roof skin support and foam panels, with a thickness of 6 to 10 cm, which rest on roof racks.

The insulation of sloping roofs is of great importance today due to the energy shortage and the increased demands regarding sound insulation.

Glass fiber sheets on aluminum foils are known which are attached to the rafters with their overhanging edges from below.

In this construction there is a high level of thermal insulation between the rafters due to the glass wool arranged there. In relation to this, the rafters themselves are real thermal bridges, so that the degree of thermal insulation is significantly reduced. Clean processing is also difficult; this applies in particular to the connection of the glass wool to the rafters, which can hardly be checked after installation.

Foam sheets are also known which are laid as a continuous layer above the rafters (FR-A 22 76 434, O Styrofoam Information Sheet 1511, March 1975, Fig. 13, 14). The soundproofing of the hard foam panels is low, so that depending on the roof covering, street noises or rain drops that have already hit the ground can make them unpleasantly noticeable. If there is no airtight formwork on the inside (e.g. profile boards), there is considerable ventilation and thus heat loss through the gaps that then exist. On the other hand, very densely laid foam sheets easily cause cracking noises due to temperature fluctuations and movement of the roof structure. Also, with increasing insulation thicknesses, fastening the roof skin to the substructure becomes more difficult.

The invention has for its object to find an insulation of a sloping roof, which in addition to perfect thermal insulation without harmful condensation, the sound transmission is greatly reduced and can be installed with little effort, an additional reflection of the heat radiation is desirable.

The object was achieved in that there is a fiber material layer with a thickness of 2-4 cm directly below the foam panels and only between the roof supports and then a free space.

It is surprising for a person skilled in the art that, in the case of pitched roofs, the sound depends on the arrangement of a layer of fiber material in front of the foam sheet. Thickness of the layer can be reduced by 10-20 dB without the moisture penetration feared by the experts occurring if, for. B. with PUR panels (n = 80) the diffusion coefficient increases in the direction of the roof skin. Another advantage is that the layer of fiber material in the transition area, in particular in the case of rafters, can be neatly adapted. In addition, the fire hazard is significantly reduced by covering the foam panels. Furthermore, the hard foam sheets can be installed as a covering against rain and snow immediately after the roof truss has been erected.

In a special embodiment, the foam sheet is connected at the top to at least one water-repellent, vapor-permeable film made of polyurethane with a thickness of 0.4-1.4 mm, which has parts protruding over the edge for the purpose of overlapping.

The film below, which is permeable to steam but not water permeable, protects the underlying insulation material against water and dust. At the same time, the protruding parts of the film, after being bonded to the adjacent bodies, prevent the rain from penetrating, especially before the actual roof skin is applied. At the same time, the connection can be designed so that any extensions, for. B. can be recorded as a result of temperature.

Furthermore, part of the sun's rays can be reflected by an additional reflecting surface of the film, which can be taken into account in the thickness of the insulation.

An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and will be described in more detail below. 1 shows a section through a roof. On the rafters 1, foam sheets 2 with a thickness of 6 to 10 cm are arranged on a floating joint 3, which are provided at the top with a reflective, water-repellent film 4 made of polyurethane of 0.4-1.4 mm, which means by means of the projecting parts 5 Overlap can be glued together. Between the rafters 1, a layer of fiber material 6 of a corresponding thickness between 2 and 4 cm is attached directly to the foam panels without joints on the contact surfaces 7 on the rafters 1. The roof skin 8 made of bricks is supported by a counter battens 9, while an inner shell 10 made of rounded wood is provided for the interior.
