Claims (3)

1. Material- und Bodenbewegungsfahrzeug, das seine Ladung in bezug auf seine vordere Tragachse seitlich mittels eines Hebelarmes (15) aufnimmt und das aus einem Chassis besteht, das sich aus zwei Elementen zusammensetzt - einem vorderen (1) und einem hinteren Element (6), miteinander durch ein Drehgelenk mit vertikaler Achse (5) verbunden, wobei das vordere Element (1) mit einem Druckschraubenmotor (2) ausgestattet ist, der die Vorderräder (3) antreibt; das hintere Element (6), Träger der hinteren Achse (9), ist mit den Hinterrädern (3a) ausgestattet; eine horizontale Hinterachse (10) dient als Gelenk für den Hebelarm (15) und eine Wagenheber (11) als Verbindung zwischen dem Hebelarm (15) und dem genannten hinteren Element (6) steuert das Anheben bzw. Senken des Hebelarmes (15); ein Stabilisator (4), der mit genanntem vorderen Element (1) durch Stangen (4a und 4b) verbunden ist, wird durch den Druck der Wagenheber (4c) zu Boden gesenkt; charakteristisch dabei ist, dass das vordere Chassiselement (1) die Achse des vertikalen Drehgelenkes (5) trägt; dass der Stabilisator (4), wenn er zu Boden gesenkt wird, eine Hebevorrichtung für das Fahrzeug darstellt, indem er das Anheben der beiden Chassiselemente - hinteres Element (6) und vorderes Element (1) bewirkt und die Vorder- und Hinterräder nicht länger auf dem Boden bleiben und dass das hintere Element (6) des Chassis aus einem Hinterachsträger (6) besteht, der frei im Kreis und über das vordere Element drehen kann und der an der Vorderseite ein Rotationsgehäuse (7) mit der Achse des Drehgelenkes (5) trägt.
2. Charakterisch für das Fahrzeug gemäss Forderung 1 ist, dass der Hinterachsträger (6) auf der Rückseite mit zwei Einsatzstücken (8) ausgestattet ist, die den Aufbau, bestehend aus dem rückwärtigem Gelenk (10) des Hebelarmes (15), einem Gelenk des Wagenhebers (11) und der hinteren Tragachse (9) für die Hinterräder (3a) trägt; d.h. wenn das vordere Element (1) auf dem Grund auf seinem Stabilisator liegt (4), dann dreht sich der Hinterachsträger durch den Impuls des Steuergerätes, z.B. des Motors (12), der Teil des Gehäuses (7) bildet, um das Gelenk (5); das Gehäuse trägt das Getriebe (13), das in den Umkreis eines gezahnten Antriebskegelrades (14) eingreift, das mit dem vorderen Element (1) verbunden und konzentrisch zum Drehgelenk angebracht ist (5).
3. Charakteristisch für das Material- und Bodenbewegungsfahrzeug gemäss Forderungen 1 und 2 ist, dass die Fahrtrichtung des Fahrzeugs auf der Strasse sowie die Drehung des hinteren Chassisteiles (6), das die Ladung trägt, während das vordere Chassiselement (1) auf dem Boden auf dem Stabilisator aufliegt (4), durch ein und denselben Richtungsmechanismus betätigt werden.
