Claims (2)

1. Sicherheitskappe für das originalitätssichere Fixieren von Stopfen mit Nachfüllsperre auf Flaschen und anderen Behältern, mit derartigem Profil, dass sie auf den vorstehenden Stopfenteil (2) und auf das Fülloch des Flaschenhalses (1) gedrückt werden kann ; diese Kappe (3) ist mit Einschnürstellen (32, 30a) versehen, um in die Vertiefungen, Hohlrillen oder andere Partien mit kleinerem Durchmesser (11, 23) einzudringen, die auf jedem der zwei oben genannten Teile vorgesehen sind ; ihre Besonderheit besteht darin, dass sie mit zwei ringförmigen Streifen (35, 37) von schwachem Zerreisswiderstand versehen ist, einen (37) zwischen dem offenen Untersatz der Kappe (3) und der anliegenden Einschnürung (30a), den zweiten (35) auf dem schmaleren Teilstück unterhalb der Spitze, die bei der ersten Verwendung des Behälters durch Abreissen entfernt wird, und oberhalb des Teilstückes mit dem grösseren Kappendurchmesser (30).
2. Nach Anspruch 1 besteht die Besonderheit der Kappe darin, dass jedes ringförmige Band (35, 37) mit zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Querschlitzen versehen ist, die voneinander durch ein schmales Verbindungsstück (36) getrennt sind, welches bei der geringsten Zugbeanspruchung abbrechen kann.
