Claims (5)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Drahtkorbes, der auf einer Flasche für Champagner oder für ein anderes schäumendes Getränk zum Halten des Propfens bestimmt ist, wobei man für diesen Effekt metallische Drahtsegmente benützt, die durch Verdrillen vereinigte Partien aufweisen, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Herstellungsschritte:
a) Man geht aus von mehr als zwei metallischen Drahtsegmenten (1, 2, 3, 4), welche man so formt, dass jedes einen zentralen Kreisbogen mit einem Winkel umspannt, der einem Winkel von 360° geteilt durch die Anzahl der Segmente entspricht, wobei dieser Bogen an seinen Enden mit zwei im wesentlichen geraden Armen (1 b, 2b, 3b, 4b) fest verbunden ist, die sich hinsichtlich des Kreisbogenzentrums nahezu radial nach aussen erstrecken, worauf man
b) diese Segmente (1, 2, 3) rings um ein gemeinsames Zentrum (0) derart anordnet, dass die kreisbogenförmigen Partien (1 a, 2a, 3a, 4a), einen zentralen Ring bilden, von dem sich Doppelarme (1 b-2b, 2b-3b 3b-4b 4b-1b) strahlenförmig wegerstrecken, von denen jeder durch ein Paar der ursprünglich Arme gebildet wird, die untereinander einen geringen divergierenden oder keinen Winkel einschliessen,
c) worauf man durch Verdrillen die beiden Arme, die jeden Doppelarm bilden, nur auf einem Teil ihrer Länge, ausgehend vom zentralen Bogen (1a-2a-3a-4a) bis zum Punkt A, vereinigt, wobei die Drähte beider Drahtsegmente auf der restlichen Länge (AB) parallel und im wesentlichen miteinander in Berührung verbleiben, und dass
d) man in der zentralen Zone der restlichen Länge (AB) jedes Doppelarmes die beiden Drähte (1b-2b, 2b-3b, 3b-4b, 4b-1b) örtlich (bei C) um eine halbe Umdrehung verdreht und
e) die so erhaltene restliche Länge (ACB) zu einer Abschlussöse (8) in an sich bekannter Weise rollt, die zur Aufnahme des Verschlussdrahtes für den Drahtkorb geeignet ist.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man von vier metallischen Drahtsegmenten (1,2,3,4) ausgeht, deren Kreisbogenabschnitt (1a-2a,3a,4a) sich über etwa 90° erstreckt.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man in einer ersten Herstellungsphase die ursprünglich geraden Drahtsegmente (1, 2, 3, 4) auf einem Support derart anordnet, dass sie ein im wesentlichen regelmässiges Vieleck bilden, worauf die Verformung auf diesem Support erfolgt.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zur Erleichterung des Verformens jeden der beiden Ausgangsschenkel (1 b und 2b, 2b und 3b, 3bund 4b, 4b und 1 b) jedes Doppelarmes gegeneinander leicht divergierend anordnet.
5. Drahtkorb für Flaschen für Champagner oder andere schäumende Getränke, gekennzeichnet durch ein Herstellungsverfahren nach den Merkmalen eines der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
