Abstract

Das von der Erfindung vorgeschlagene Regal (11) zur Halterung von Sortimentkästen (17) besitzt mehrere, aus einem die Vorderseite des Sortimentkastens (17) freilassenden Profilrahmen (26-29) bestehende Schubladen (14). Bei ausgezogenen Schubladen (14) liegt der jeweilige Sortimentkasten vollständig ausserhalb des Regals, so dass sein Deckel aufgeklappt werden kann. Der Sortimentkasten, der einen aus Kunststoff bestehenden Einsatz mit abgerundeten Kanten und Ecken besitzt, besitzt an seiner Vorderseite (20) einen Handgriff (21) und cine Halterung (23) für eine Beschriftung.

Description

  • Es sind bereits Sortimentkästen bekannt, die aus Metall oder Kunststoff bestehen und feste oder herausnehmbare Trennwände besitzen. In Sortimentskästen sind beispielsweise Muttern, Schrauben, Unterlegscheiben bestimmter Größen und Abmeßungen zusammengestellt. Dabei sind beispielsweise in einem Sortimentskasten derartige Kleinteile oder auch Werkzeuge für ein bestimmtes Maschinenmodell zusammengefasst. so daß ein Monteur, der zur Reparatur oder Wartung eines Modelles gerufen wird, aus seinem Fahrzeug nur einen Sortimentskasten mitnehmen muß, während er in seinem Fahrzeug mehrere Sortimentskästen mitnimmt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine kostengünstig herzustellende, leicht unterzubringende Einrichtung zu schaffen, in der mehrere Sortimentskästen platzsparend und übersichtlich unterzubringen sind.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung ein Regal mit in Führungen herausnehmbar gehalterten , ggf. mit einem Deckel verschließbarensortimentskästen vor. Die einzelnen Sortimentskästen können daher in diesem Regal übersichtlich untergebracht werden, bei Bedarf wird der jeweils gewünschte Sortimentskasten herausgezogen.
  • Um eine Stapelung von mehreren Regalen zu ermöglichen,schlägt die Erfindung weiterhin vor, daß das Regal an seiner Oberseite Ausformungen und an seiner Unterseite dazu komplementäre Einformungen aufweist. Beispielsweise können an der Oberseite im Bereich der Ecken vier teilkugelförmige Vorsprünge angeformt sein, die sich, wenn die Oberseite des Regals aus Blech besteht, einfach einpreßen lassen. Dementsprechend besitzt dann die Unterseite gleiche Ausformungen, die ebenfalls nach oben vorstehen und nach unten hohl sind. Es ist ebenfalls möglich, derartige Ausformungen, Nocken oder Schlitze auch an den Seitenwänden vorzugsehen, damit sich Regale auch seitlich aneinander reihen lassen.
  • Um das Regal an einer Wand befestigen zu können, besitzt es nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung an seiner Rückwand eine Befestigungseinrichtung. Zur Vergrößerung der Stabilität kann auch vorgesehen sein, daß die Rückwand mindestens teilweise verstärkt ist. Dies läßt sich beispielsweise durch die Anbringung einer Versteifungsplatte oder eines Profiles erreichen.
  • Besonders günstig ist es, wenn die Sortimentskästen in Schubladen gehaltert sind. Wenn, wie die Erfindung weiter vorschlägt, die Schubladen aus einem die Vorderseite der Sortimentskästen freilassenden Profilrahmen bestehen, wird das Regal trotz geringen Gewichtes vollständig geschlossen, da die Vorderseite der Schubladen von den Seitenwänden der Sortimentskästen gebildet werden. Dabei kann vorgesehen sein, daß die Schubladen einen ihr vollständiges Herausziehen verhindernden Anschlag aufweisen. Die Abmeßungen sind dabei so gewählt, daß bei maximalem Auszug der Schubladen, der durch den Anschlag definiert ist, der Sortimentskasten vollständig außerhalb des Regales liegt, so daß in dieser Stellung der Deckel sich vollständig öffnen läßt. Man braucht also, um an den Inhalt eines Sortimentskastens gelangen zu können, diesen nicht unbedingt aus der Schublade herauszunehmen.
  • Um eine sichere Halterung der Sortimentskästen in den Schubladen zu gewährleisten, kann, wie die Erfindung weiterhin vorschlägt, vorgesehen sein, daß die Schublade einen hinteren und/oder einen vorderen Anschlag für den Sortimentskasten aufweist.
  • Besonders günstig ist es, wenn die Sortimentskästen an ihrer Vorderseite einen Handgriff aufweisen. Dieser Handgriff dient nicht nur zum Tragen der Sortimentskästen, er dient gleichzeitig als Griff für das Herausziehen der Schubladen. An der Vorderseite der Sortimentskästen, die aufgrund der aus einem Profil bestehenden Schubladen bei geschlossenem Regal von aussen zugänglich sind, kann zusätzlich zu dem Handgriff eine Halterung für eine Beschriftung vorgesehen sein.
  • Die Innenseite des Deckels ist vorzugsweise als Träger für eine Sortimentsbeschreibung ausgebildet. Dies kann beispielsweise dadurch geschehen, daß die Innenseite der Deckel glatt ausgebildet ist, so daß sich eine Sortimentsbeschreibung leicht zum Einschieben einer Schrifttafel vorgesehen sein.
  • Während bei den bisher bekannten Sortimentskästen eine Facheinteilung mit Hilfe eines Metalleinsatzes vorgenommen wurde, der nachträglich in den Kasten eingesetzt wurde, schlägt die Erfindung vor, daß der Sortimentskasten einen herausnehmbaren Kunststoffeinsatz mit einerFacheinteilung aufweist. Dieser Einsatz ist vorzugsweise einstückig aus Kunststoff tief gezogen. Während bei den bekannten Facheinteilungen die Gefahr bestand, daß sich Unterlegscheiben unter den Querwänden in das falsche Fach durchschoben, ist diese Gefahr durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung des Einsatzes verhindert.
  • Um eine Geräuschdämmung und eine Schonung der Innenseite des Deckels zu gewährleisten, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß zwischen'den Deckel und den Einsatz einer Einlage aus Dämmstoff, insbesondere aus Schaumstoff, gelegt ist.
  • Während bei den bekannten aus Metall bestehenden Facheinteilungen es wegen der ausgeprägten Kanten oft schwierig war, aus fast leeren Fächern Einzelteile herauszuholen, besteht diese Schwierigkeit bei den von der Erfindung vorgeschlagenen Einsätzen nicht mehr, da diese in Weiterbildung abgerundete übergänge zwischen den Fachunterteilungen und dem Boden des Einsatzes besitzen. Dies wird noch dadurch erleichtert, daß die Ecken der Fächer ebenfalls abgerundet sind.
  • Weitere Merkmale, Einzelheiten und Vorzüge der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen, der folgenden Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sowie anhand der Zeichnung.
  • Hierbei zeigen:

  • Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Regal 11 besteht aus einem Metallblechgehäuse, dessen Kanten durch Profile verstärkt sind. An seiner Oberseite 12 ist das Regal 11 mit 4 teilkugelförmigen Vorsprüngen 13 versehen, die mit entsprechenden komplementär ausgebildeten Einformungen an der Unterseite eines entsprechenden Regales zur Stapelung zusammenwirken. Das Regal 11 besitzt 4 Schubladen, die nach vorne herausziehbar sind. Die Schubladen 14 bestehen aus einem Profilrahmen, dessen Aufbau in Fig. 3 und 4 näher dargestellt ist. Die Vorderseite 15 der Schubladen 14 ist relativ schmal gegenüber dem Abstand zweier Schubladen, so daß bei eingesetzten Sortimentskästen die Vorderseite der Sortimentskästen frei zugänglich bleibt. Die Schubladen können mit Hilfe eines angedeuteten Schlosses 16 verschlossen werden. In Fig. 2 ist ein Sortimentskasten 17 dargestellt, der mit einem Deckel 18 versehen ist. Der Deckel ist an der hinteren Oberkante 19 des Sortimentskasten 17 angelenkt. An seiner Vorderseite 20 besitzt der Sortimentskasten 17 einen Griff 21, eine Lasche 22 zum Verschließen des Deckels 18 sowie eine Halterung 23, in die eine Beschriftung für den Inhalt des Sortimentskastens 17 eingesetzt werden kann. An der Innenseite 24 des Deckels 18 läßt sich eine Tafel anbringen, die den Inhalt und die Anordnung der Einzelteile im Sortimentskasten angibt. Das Innere des Sortimentskasten 17 weist einen Einsatz 25 mit einer Facheinteilung auf. Dieser Einsatz ist in den späteren Figuren noch dargestellt.
  • In Fig. 3 und 4 ist eine Ausführungsform einer Schublade 14 dargestellt. Die Schublade wird von zwei in Auszugsrichtung verlaufenden Profilen 26, zwei an der Vorderseite quer zur Auszugsrichtung verlaufenden Profilen 27 und 28 sowie von einem im hinteren Bereich der Profile 26 angeordneten Querprofil 29 gebildet. Die Profile 26 sind etwa stuhlförmig ausgebildet, wobei an der Seitenwand 30 des Regales 11 ein geometrisch ähnliches Profil 31 angebracht ist, so daß die Profile 26 auf den Profilen 31 gleitend geführt sind. Von den Profilen 31 ist in der Fig. 3 eines dargestellt, an der rechten Seite ist bei dem Regal 11 ein spiegelbildliches entsprechendes Profil 31 vorhanden.
  • Im hinteren Bereich der Längsprofile 26 ist ein Anschlag 32 befestigt, der mit der Seitenwand 30 zusammenwirkt, und ein vollständiges Herausziehen der Schublade 14 aus dem Regal 11 verhindert. Dieser Anschlag 32 kann gleichzeitig zusammen mit einer von dem Schloß 16 betätigbaren Einrichtung zum Verschließen der Schubladen dienen.
  • Das vordere Querprofil 27 bildet die Vorderseite 15 der Schublade 14, das vordere Querprofil 28 bildet zusammen mit den waagrecht verlaufenden Oberseiten 33 der Längsprofile 26 die Auslagefläche für den in Fig. 4 gestrichelt dargestellten Sortimentskasten 17.
  • Das hintere Querprofil 29 ist derart angeordnet, daß der Innenabstand zwischen den Querprofilen 28 und 29 etwa der Breite eines Sortimentskastens 17 entspricht, so daß die Querprofile 28 und 29 Anschläge für den Sortimentskasten 17 bilden. Damit wird der Sortimentskasten in der Schublade 14 sicher gehaltert.
  • Die Abmeßungen der Längsprofile 26 und die Anordnung des Anschlages 32 ist derart gewählt, daß bei Anliegen des Anschlages 32 an der vorderen Seitenkante des Regales 11 der Sortimentskasten 17 eine derartige Lage einnimmt, daß sein Deckel 18 sich noch vollständig öffnen läßt.
  • In Fig. 5 ist der aus Kunststoff bestehende Einsatz 25 des Sortimentskastens zu sehen. Der übergang zwischen den Seiten bzw. Trennwänden 34 und dem Boden 35 des Einsatzes 25 verläuft dabei abgerundet, so daß Kleinteile leicht herausnehmbar sind. Zwischen je zwei Fächern 36 sind zwei Trennwände 34 vorhanden, was es ermöglicht, auch die Oberkanten zwischen zwei Fächern 36 abgerundet auszubilden. Auch die übergänge zwischen dem Boden 35 des Einsatzes 25 und den senkrecht zu den Trennwänden 34 verlaufenden Trenn- bzw. Seitenwänden 37 verlaufen abgerundet.
  • Aus Fig. 5 ist auch zu sehen, daß an der Rückseite 38 des Sortimentskastens 17 ein Scharnier 39 angebracht ist, das ebenfalls mit dem Deckel 18 verbunden ist. Ebenfalls aus Fig. 5 ist der Handgriff 21 zu sehen, der mit Hilfe einer einfachen Lasche 40 an der Vorderseite befestigt ist.
  • Eine teilweise Aufsicht auf den Einsatz 25 des Sortimentskastens 17 zeigt die Fig. 7, wo zu sehen ist, daß auch die Ecken 41 der Fächer 36 abgerundet verlaufen. Es ist hier auch zu sehen, daß die Fächer 36 unterschiedliche Formen und Größen annehmen können, sie können beispielsweise auch der Kontur eines Werkzeuges angepaßt sein, wenn in einem Sortimentskasten neben den Schrauben, Muttern o.dgl. auch ein spezieller Schraubenschlüssel, Schraubenzieher o. dgl. angeordnet sein soll.
  • Fig. 6 zeigt eine Halterung 23 für ein Einschiebeetikett an der Vorderseite eines Sortimentskastens. Hier ist zunächst ein Einschnitt 42 in die Vorderseite eingelassen, der zunächst horizontal, dann im Bereich 42 a vertikal, anschließend im Bereich 42 b wieder horizontal und im Bereich 42 c wieder vertikal verläuft. Der innerhalb dieses Einschnittes 42 gelegene Teil der Vorderseite wird anschließend von der Rückseite her herausgedrückt, so daß die Rückseite 43 dieses Teiles etwas vor der übrigen Fläche der Vorderseite des Sortimentskastens liegt. In diesen Bereich kann dann der Randbereich eines Etikettes eingeschoben werden.

Claims (10)

1. Regal mit mehreren übereinander angeordneten Fächern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Fächern Führungen angeordnet sind, in denen gegebenenfalls mit einem Deckel (18) verschließbare Sortimentskästen (17) herausnehmbar gehaltert sind.
2. Regal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es an seiner Oberseite (12) und an seiner Unterseite zueinander komplementäre Verriegelungseinrichtungen aufweist.
3. Regal nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seine mindestens teilweise verstärkte Rückwand mit einer Befestigungseinrichtung versehen ist.
4. Regal nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Sortimentskasten (17) in einer aus einem seine Vorderseite freilassenden Profilrahmen (26-29) bestehenden Schublade (14) gehaltert ist, wobei bei maximalem Auszug der Schublade (14) der Sortimentskasten (17) vollständig außerhalb des Regales (11) liegt.
5. Regal nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Sortimentskasten (17) an seiner Vorderseite (20) einen Handgriff (21) aufweist.
6. Regal nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Sortimentskasten (17) an seiner Vorderseite (20) eine Halterung (23) für eine Beschriftung aufweist.
7. Regal nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite (24) des Deckels (18) als Träger für eine Sortimentsbeschreibung ausgebildet ist.
8. Regal nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Sortimentskasten (17) einen herausnehmbaren einstückig tiefgezogenen Kunststoffeinsatz (25) mit einer Facheinteilung aufweist.
9. Regal nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Deckel (13) und dem Einsatz (25) eine Einlage aus Dämmstoff; insbesondere Schaumstoff, angeordnet ist.
10. Regal nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die übergänge zwischen den Fachunterteilungen (34, 37) und dem Boden (35) des Einsatzes (25) abgerundet sind und die Fächer (36) abgerundete Ecken (41) aufweisen.
