As soon as the radial finger 4 is completely disengaged from the spout 5, the lever 44 is withdrawn. The tampon can then be lifted by the sole use of the plates 7, the ribs 15 of which constitute a gripping member.
- Figure 16 shows that to facilitate the locking of the buffer 3 on the manhole 2, despite the presence of powdery deposits between the faces opposite these two elements, the hook 48 of the lever 44 can again be used. Under these conditions, the hook 48 is arranged so as to partially envelop the corresponding radial finger 4 and to come into contact, by its back 49 forming a cam, against the substantially horizontal face 24 of the step 28.
