Claims (9)

1. Maschine zum Schleifen von abgerundeten Ecken mit Viertelkreis beliebigen Radius mittels eines Schleifbandes (2), welches kontinuierlich auf einem Teil seiner Bahn über einen Gleitschuh (1) läuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aktive Fläche des Gleitschuhes (1) entsprechend dem Angriffsbereich des Schleifbandes (2) an dem zu schleifenden Stück ein schraubenförmiger Teil ist, dessen erforderliche Länge ausreicht, um das Schleifen unter Umständen bei einem einzigen Durchgang des mit der Schiene zu schleifenden Stückes und auf ein Viertel des Schraubenganges begrenzt durchzuführen, wobei die Endkanten am Beginn und Ende des Schraubenganges in orthogonalen Ebenen, d. h., die eine horizontal und die andere vertikal, liegen, daß die Bearbeitung des Gleitstückes derart vorgenommen ist, daß das Schleifband das zu schleifende Stück schräg (geneigt) angreift, daß der aktive Bereich in der V-Stellung zwischen dem horizontalen Arbeitstisch der Maschine und der vertikalen Fläche einer Längsführung liegt, daß der Gleitschuh auf einem beliebigen Radius der zu schleifenden Abrundung im Bezug auf zwei Bezugsebenen, gebildet durch den Tisch und die Führung, einstellbar ist, daß der Gleitschuh nachstellbar ist, um sich an die Größe der zu schleifenden Abrundung anzupassen und daß der Gleitschuh Mittel aufweist, die eine Verringerung der Reibung des Bandes auf ihm hervorrufen.
2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aktive Fläche des Gleitschuhes derart bearbeitet ist, daß die erzeugende der Schraubenfläche nicht genau senkrecht zur Längsachse des Gleitschuhes ist, sondern mit ihr einen Winkel von 90° minus a bildet, wobei a der Winkel zwischen Achse des Bandes und die Achse des Gleitschuhes ist, so daß diese winkelige Verstellung ein einwandfreies Freiwerden von Spänen unter Vermeidung einer schnellen Verschmutzung des Schleifbandes gewährleistet.

Maschine nach Ansprüche 1 und 2, zusammengenommen dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aktive Fläche des Gleitschuhes mit einem Polster aus einem Band aus weichem, graphitiertem Material versehen ist, welches das Gleiten des Schleifbandes auf dem Gleitschuh begünstigt, wobei das Polster, welches einen Verschleißteil bildet, leicht austauschbar ist.

Maschine nach die Ansprüche 1 bis 3 zusammengenommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallel zu den Anfangs- und Endkanten der aktiven Fläche des Gleitschuhes und tangential zu ihnen zylindrische Rollen (7, 8) angeordnet sind, die mit etwas Abstand von der Oberfläche des graphitierten bandes liegen, mit dem Zweck, die Risiken des Verschleißes und Erhitzung des Schleifbandes an den Anfangs- und Endkanten des Gleitschuhes zu begrenzen.

Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellung der Schleiffläche des Bandes in Höhe der Eingangsrolle (7) gegenüber der horizontalen Bezugsebene, gebildet durch den Tisch der Maschine, durch vertikale Verschiebung des vorderen Teiles der Gleitschuhabstützung erfolgt, daß die Einstellung der Schleiffläche des Bandes in Höhe der Abschlußrolle (8) gegenüber der vertikalen Bezugsebene, gebildet durch die Längsführung, durch horizontale Verschiebung des hinteren Teiles des Gleitschuhes erfolgt, wobei diese Einstellungen des Schleifbandes gegenüber den beiden Bezugsebenen eine vollkommen tangentiale Verbindung des Rundschleifens mit dem vorherigen Schleifen der anstoßenden, ebenen Flächen unabhängig von dem Radius der Abrundung zuläßt.

Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung der Einstellung der Bandschleiffläche in Abhängigkeit von der Größe des Radius der zu schleifenden Abrundung sich durch horizontale Verschiebung des vorderen Teiles der Gleitschuhabstützung in Höhe der Anfangsrolle und durch vertikale Verschiebung des hinteren Teiles der Gleitschuhabstützung in Höhe der Ausgangsrolle ergibt.

Maschine nach Anspruch 5 und 6 zusammengenommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitschuhabstützung aus einer Platte (14) besteht, auf der der Gleitschuh und die Anfangs-und Endrolle befestigt sind, wobei die Platte in ihrer Längsachse einen Langschlitz (18) aufweist, in dem bei senkrechter Stellung der Anfangswelle (7) das obere Ende einer Steuerschraube (9) für die vertikale Verschiebung des vorderen Teiles der Abstützung eingreift, die sich in einer Nuß (15) verdreht, dabei eine entgegendwirkend Feder (19) zusammendrückt, die eine Stabilität der vertikalen Einstellung der Anfangsrolle gegenüber der horizontalen Bezugsebene gewährleistet, wobei die Nuß zur horizontalen Verschiebung auf einer Stellschraube beweglich sitzt, deren Ende in einer Platine dreht, die auf dem Rahmen der Maschine befestigt ist, wobei die Schraube, der eine Druckfeder zugeordnet ist, die Regelung der Einstellung der Schleiffläche des Bandes in Abhängigkeit von der Größe des Radius der zu schleifenden Abrundung zuläßt, wobei diese Regelung in Verbindung mit einer zweiten Steuerschraube zur vertikalen Verschiebung erreicht wird, wobei diese Schraube aus der Verlängerung der Achse der Ausgangsrolle besteht mit Zuordnung einer Druckfeder und sich in einer beweglichen Nuß zur horizontalen Verschiebung auf einer Steuerschraube verschraubt, deren Ende in einer Platine dreht, die am Rahmen der Maschine befestigt ist und die die Einstellung der Ausgangsrolle gegenüber der vertikalen Bezugsebene zuläßt.
8. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gleitschuh auf einem schwimmenden Kopf montiert ist und die Einstellung des Gleitschuhes mittels Tastvorrichtung erfolgt, wobei auf die beiden orthogonalen Flächen des zu schleifenden Teiles Bezug genommen ist.

Vielfach-Bearbeitungsmaschine, in der als Abschlußstation wenigstens eine Rundschleifeinheit nach Anspruch 1 integriert ist, wobei diese Einheiten nacheinander auf die unteren und oberen Kanten bzw. Ecken des zu schleifenden Teiles derart einwirken, daß durch einen einzigen Durchgang desselben in der Maschine das gesamte Schleifen seiner geradlinigen Kanten bzw. Ecken erfolgt.
