Abstract
Description
- La présente invention concerne un appareil de chauffage central, comportant une chaudière et un brûleur à mazout avec, disposée entre le brûleur et les parois de la chaudière; une structure amovible perméable à la flamme, composée d'éléments juxtaposés et liés par des moyens de fixation à un support dont la base repose sur le sol du foyer, structure destinée à être portée à l'incandescence pour améliorer la combustion et de ce fait diminuer les fumées et dépôts de suie dans le foyer.
- On connaît déjà de tels appareils qui sont décrits par les brevets suisses No 606 907 et No 610 642. La présente invention se propose d'améliorer encore l'efficacité des appareils décrits, en ménageant sur ladite structure perméable à la flamme des points susceptibles d'acquérir dès l'allumage, des températures très élevées.
- L'invention telle qu'elle est caractérisée dans les revendications, résoud le problème posé par le fait que ladite structure comporte au moins une tôle perforée, les bords de chaque perforation étant pourvus de bavures proéminentes dirigées vers la flamme.
- Les avantages obtenus grâce à cette invention consistent essentiellement en l'effet surprenant que les bavures proéminentes de ladite structure constituent des points chauds qui dès l'allumage deviennent incandescents et contribuent à une bonne combustion en restant efficaces même à régime de flamme très réduit. La bavure proéminente qui entoure les trous a en outre pour effet de produire de fortes turbulences qui contribuent à une combustion complète du mazout.
- La structure se place dans le foyer de la chaudière après que l'on a enlevé les briques réfractaires. On peut le cas échéant, laisser des briques sur le sol de la chaudière pour compléter la hauteur et centrer la structure par rapport à la flamme. Cette structure permet de transformer la flamme normale du brûleur en une flamme bleutée, beaucoup plus chaude qui traverse un brasier ardent permanent avant d'atteindre la chaudière contenant l'eau de circulation. Cette flamme, très chaude élimine les causes de pollution, car elle brûle complètement tous les composants du mazout et empêche l'encrassement de la chaudière, du brûleur et de la cheminée, même si le mazout est de qualité secondaire.
- Il est inutile qu'entre la paroi de la chaudière et la structure soient maintenues les briques réfractaires, qui avaient pour but d'isoler la chaudière et de renvoyer la chaleur sur le brûleur afin d'empêcher l'encrassement de ce dernier. La présence de la structure décrite suffit pour empêcher l'encrassement du brûleur, et la chaudière ne craint absolument pas la flamme surchauffée par la structure.
- Dans ce qui suit, l'invention est exposée plus en détail à l'aide de dessins représentant un exemple d'exécution.
- La figure 1 est une vue de face, en élévation de ladite structure ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe verticale de profil de l'appareil ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en plan de ladite structure ;
- les figures 4 et 5 montrent vue de face et en.coupe, la forme d'une des perforations avec ses bavures.
- La structure amovible 3 se compose d'un cadre rectangulaire de base 4 en fer profilé plié, dans les quatre angles et soudé. Sur ce cadre est soudée une traverse médiane 5, et sur cette traverse 5 est soudé un montant 6 constitué d'une barre repliée en épingle à cheveux 7. Dans la partie inférieure de ce montant est intercalée une barre verticale 8 d'espacement, soudée sur les deux barres du montant et sur la traverse, et renforcée par une tôle 19 soudée de chant.
- Le montant constitue ainsi une glissière sur laquelle est fixée à une hauteur réglable la partie active de la structure. Les soudures du montant 6,8 et de la traverse 5 sont protégées par un écran 20 qui est une tôle pliée en forme de toit et soudée sur le cadre 4.
- La partie active de la structure comporte, à partir de la face destinée à être tournée vers la flamme 1 du brûleur, des croisillons 14 en tôle pliée en forme de pyramide et serrés sur une plaque 13 avec interposition d'un tube 16. Ensuite, se trouve une couronne à ailettes 18. Des bagues 15 maintiennent l'espacement. Pour terminer, est disposée une grande tôle perforée 11, 12 qui prend appui sur le montant à glissière 6, le tout étant monté sur un boulon central 17 et serré par un écrou 9 et par l'intermédiaire d'une plaque 10.
- Ajoutons encore que, pour adapter la structure à différentes puissances de chaudières, il peut y avoir, une, deux, trois ou quatre couronnes à ailettes 18 superposées.
- Les perforations de la tôle 11, 12, constituent un caractère essentiel de l'invention. La matière des trous n'est pas enlevée mais repoussée sous la forme de bavures 22 proéminentes dirigées vers la flamme. Elles sont obtenues très facilement au moyen de poinçons pyramidaux à section carrée et d'une matrice à trous ronds.
- D'autres dispositions de tôles toujours perforées selon l'invention, sont évidemment possibles. Ainsi par exemple, la tôle perforée 11 peut être soit plane soit repliée à sa partie supérieure 12 comme illustré, soit également repliée sur les côtés.
- Tous les éléments de la structure sont en tôle d'acier spécial réfractaire aux hautes températures.
