Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Auswechseln von Tragrollen in Rollenherd-Durchlaufglühöfen während des laufenden Ofenbetriebs.The invention relates to a method and a device for replacing idlers in roller hearth continuous annealing furnaces during ongoing furnace operation.
In Rollenherd-Durchlaufglühöfen wird das Glühgut über drehbar angetriebene Tragrollen, die beidseitig in Lagern an den Seitenwänden des Ofens gelagert sind, durch den Ofen geführt und dabei geglüht.In roller hearth continuous annealing furnaces, the annealed material is passed through the furnace via rotatably driven idler rollers, which are supported on both sides in bearings on the side walls of the furnace, and annealed.

Falls dies nicht möglich war, z.B. wegen zu großer Restlänge des Glühguts, wurde der während des Tragrollen-Wechsels im Ofen befindliche Teil des Glühguts unzulässig lange erhitzt und konnte später nicht verwendet werden. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung mit den in den Ansprüchen angegebenen Merkmalen vorgeschlagen. Für die praktische Ausführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens und der Vorrichtung gibt es verschiedene Varianten, von denen die wichtigsten im Zusammenhang mit den in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen erläutert werden.To achieve this object, a method and a device with the features specified in the claims are proposed. Der sich durch die Erfindung ergebende Vorteil liegt darin, daß durch verhältnismäßig einfache Maßnahmen eine Fortsetzung des Ofenbetriebs während des Tragrollen-Wechsels ermöglicht wird.
