Description

In Rollenherd-Durchlaufglühöfen dieser Art wird das Glühgut über drehbar angetriebene Tragrollen, die beidseitig in Lagern an den Seitenwänden des Ofens gelagert sind, durch den Ofen geführt und dabei geglüht. Wenn ein vorzeitiger Austausch einer beschädigten Tragrolle erforderlich wurde, mußte bisher der Ofen stillgesetzt werden, um den Tragrollen-Wechsel durchzuführen. Zuvor mußte das Glühgut aus dem Ofen entfernt werden, vgl. DE-AS 15 08 508. Falls dies nicht möglich war, z. B. wegen zu großer Restlänge des Glühguts, wurde der während des Tragrollen-Wechsels im Ofen befindliche Teil des GlUhguts unzulässig lange erhitzt und konnte später nicht verwendet werden.
