Claims (13)

1. Versickungsverfahren insbesondere für die Befestigung eines Deckels (2) auf einem Verpackungsbehälter (1) aus Kunststoff, welches darin besteht, mit Gewalt einen erhabenen Teil (6) in einen vertieften Teil (5) einzusetzen, den Deckel und den Behälter Übereinander zu legen bei gegenseitiger Deckung der vertieften und erhabenen Teile, um den Deckel und den Behälter dicht miteinander zu verriegeln, wobei diese Teile etwa gleiche insbesondere nutenförmige Profile haben, wobei der besagte erhabene Teil etwas grössere oder kleinere Abmessungen als die Abmessungen des vertieften Teiles hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den erhabenen Teilen (6) und den vertieften Teilen (5) das Profil einer offenen Schleife gibt, dessen enger Teil in der Höhe der Flächen des Deckels und des Behälters liegen, um ein aufeinanderfolgendes, das Versicken und ein dichtes Verriegeln erleichtendes Dehnen und Schrumpfen der erhabenen und vertieften Teile des Deckels und des Behälters zu ermöglichen.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine vertiefte (5) und eine erhabene Gestalt (6) über den ganzen Umfang der vorgenannten Flächen (3; 4) des Behälters (1) und des Deckels (2) gibt.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Kröpfung (7) in demjenigen Teil des Deckels (2) der in dem Bereich seiner mit dem Behälter (1) zusammenzufügenden Fläche (4) liegt und zwischen dieser Fläche und dem übrigen bzw. mittleren Teil des Deckels (2) herstellt.
4. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ausserdem eine der folgenden Schweissarten durchführt: Wärmeschweissung, Hochfrequenzschweissung, Ultraschallschweissung oder durch Selbsthaften.
5. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man für den Deckel und den Behälter unterschiedliche, zwischen sich Unterschiede in der Härte bzw. Steifigkeit und Streckbarkeit aufweisende Werkstoffe verwendet.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man einen unter einem Polymer der Polypropylenart für den Deckel und der Polystryrolart für den Behälter gewählten Kunststoff verwendet.

Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man dem Deckel etwas kleinere Abmessungen als diejenigen des Behälters insbesondere für wenigstens einige der Teile des Deckels, die mit dem Behälter in Berührung sind, wenn der Deckel mit dem Behälter verriegelt ist, gibt, wobei der Deckel sich mit Gewalt an den Behälter in der Höhe der vorgenannten Teile anschmiegen kann.

Dichte Kunststoffepackung der Gattung mit einem deckelbildenden Element (2) und einem behälterbildenden Element (1), wobei jedes einander zugewandte und bei dem Zusammenfügen der beiden Elemente miteinander in Berührung kommende Flächen aufweist, wobei wenigstens ein Abschnitt einer der vorgenannten Flächen des Deckels bzw. des Behälters mit einem erhabenen Teil (6) und ein entsprechender Abschnitt der anderen der beiden vorgenannten Flächen mit einem vertieften Teil (5) versehen ist, wobei beide vorgenannten Teile etwa gleiche insbesondere nutenförmige Profile haben, wobei die besagten Abmessungen der erhabenen Teile etwas grösser oder kleiner als diejenigen der vertieften Teile sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erhabenen teile (6) und die vertieften Teile (5) offene Schleifenprofile haben, dessen enger Teil in der Höhe der vorgenannten Flächen (4; 3) des Deckels (2) und des Behälters (1) liegt, um ein aufeinanderfolgendes, das Versicken und das dichte Verriegeln erleichtendes Dehnen und Schrumpfen der erhabenen und vertieften Teile des Deckels und des Behälters zu ermöglichen.
9. Verpackung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erhabenen (6) und vertieften Teile (5) sich über die gesamten Umfänge der vorgenannten Flächen (3 ; 4) des Behälters (1) und des Deckels (2) erstrecken.
10. Verpackung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der im Bereich der mit dem Behälter (1) zusammenzufügenden Fläche und zwischen dieser Fläche und dem übrigen bzw. mittleren Teil des Deckels (2) liegende Deckelteil eine Kröpfung (7) aufweist.
11. Verpackung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel und der Behälter aus unterschiedlichen, untereinander Unterschiede in der Härte bzw. Steifigkeit und Streckbarkeit aufweisenden Werkstoffe bestehen.
12. Verpackung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel aus einem unter einem Polymer der Polypropylenart gewählten Kunststoff und dass der Behälter aus einem unter einem Polymer der Polystryrolart gewählten Kunststoff besteht.
13. Verpackung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel etwas kleinere Abmessungen als diejenigen des Behälters hat, insbesondere für wenigstens einige der Teile des Deckels, die mit dem Behälter in Berührung sind, wenn der Deckel mit dem Behälter verriegelt ist, wobei der Deckel somit fähig ist, sich mit Gewalt an den Behälter in der Höhe der vorgenannten Teile anzuschmiegen.
