Abstract

L'INVENTION SE RAPPORTE A UN EMBALLAGE EN DEUX PARTIES TRANSITOIRE ET PERDU DE TOUT PRODUIT CONDITIONNE SOUS VIDE OU EN ATMOSPHERE INERTE. L'EMBALLAGE COMPREND DES MOYENS SEPARES, D'ETANCHEITE 4-5 D'UNE PART ET DE SCELLEMENT ET DE REOUVERTURE 4A-5A D'AUTRE PART, DES MOYENS DE LIAISON 7, SUSCEPTIBLES D'ETRE ROMPUS, ETANT PREVUS ENTRE LES MOYENS D'ETANCHEITE ET LES MOYENS DE SCELLEMENT ET DE REOUVERTURE. L'INVENTION S'APPLIQUE A L'EMBALLAGE TRANSITOIRE ET PERDU DE TOUT PRODUIT CONDITIONNE, SOUS VIDE OU EN ATMOSPHERE INERTE, ET CAPABLE DE SATISFAIRE AUX CONDITIONS DE TENUE MECANIQUE IMPOSEES PAR CES TECHNIQUES AINSI QU'AUX CONDITIONS DE TENUE EN TEMPERATURE LORS DU PASSAGE DU PRODUIT EN AUTOCLAVE.

Description

La présente invention a pour objet de développer l'emballage transitoire et perdu de tout produit conditionné, sous vide ou en atmosphère inerte, et capable de satisfaire aux conditions de tenue mécanique imposées par ces techniques ainsi qu'aux conditions de tenue en température lors du passage du produit en autoclave.
L'emballage selon l'invention comprend notamment des moyens de scellement et de réouverture, cette action de réouverture n'entraînant qu'une destruction partielle de l'emballage et permettant, par exemple, le réemploi des parties subsistantes comme bote de présentation du produit contenu.
L'emballage s inscrit dans un volume parallélépipédique a base carrée.
D'une manière plus précise la présente invention vise un emballage en deux parties comprenant des moyens séparés, d'étanchéité d'une part et de scellement et de réouverture d'autre part, des moyens de liaison susceptibles d'entre rompus étant prévus entre les moyens d'étanchéité et les moyens de scellement et de réouverture.
Les moyens d'étanchéité sont périphériques et les moyens de scellement et de réouverture sont extérieurs aux moyens d'étanchéité, également périphériquement.
La fermeture des deux parties d'emballage (deux coques ou une coque et un couvercle) se fait par soudure par ultra-son.
La fermeture s'opère dans une enceinte réalisant le vide.

Dans la forme de réalisation préférentielle représentée un emballage ou conditionnement selon l'invention comprend deux coques (1) et (2) en thermoplastique, obtenues simultanément et liées entre elles par une articulation de type charnière-film assurant le positionnement relatif avant et pendant la fermeture de l'ensemble. Un anneau de tirage (3) est prévu pour permettre la réouverture du conditionnement. Cet anneau est en deux parties (3A-3B) chacune venue de matière avec l'une des coques.
Les deux coques portent, à leur périphérie, des moyens d'étanchéité et des moyens de scellement; soit, pour l'étanchéité, un demi-tore mâle (4) légèrement en contre-dépouille sur une coque et un demi-tore femelle (5) sur l'autre coque en contre-dépouille inverse.
A l'extérieur de la bague d'étanchéité formée par la partie mâle (4) et la partie femelle (5) des coques, deux couronnes de scellement (4A) et (5A) sont liées à ces dernières par une série de pontets (7) pour former une ligne de déchirure comme expliqué plus loin. Ces pontets de liaison permettent un déplacement relatif des deux couronnes au moment de leur soudure par ultra-son. Cette opération de soudure est réalisée, en simultané, avec la fermeture des deux coques.
La fermeture de l'ensemble s'opère dans une enceinte réalisant le vide. Un jeu relatif (j) entre les deux coques, au droit du plan de jonction, est ménagé grâce à un jonc (8) entouré de deux rainures concentriques (9) prévus sur les couronnes de scellement et l'anneau de tirage en deux parties de façon à ce que la remise en atmosphère de l'ensemble scellé tende à plaquer intimement les deux coques par réduction de ce jeu.
La sonotrode et l'enclume de soudure assurent les deux fonctions fermeture et soudure. Les deux couronnes sont donc pourvues des dispositifs male et femelle permettant de réaliser cette opération de soudure de manière optimum.
L'aménagement (7) de la section des couronnes de scellement (4A) (SA) est également prévu au droit de l'anneau de tirage (3) pour permettre la déchirure par traction. L'utilisateur peut alors continuer sa traction et rompre les pontets (7) coques-couronnes. L'opération de descellement est ainsi obtenue.
La boîte peut être ouverte ou refermée sur son joint d'étanchéité par pression et déformat ionb de ce dernier.
I1 est bien entendu, enfin, que la présente invention n'a été décrite et représentée qu'à titre d'exemple préférentiel et que l'on pourra apporter des équivalences dans ses éléments constitutifs sans, pour autant, sortir du cadre de l'invention.

Claims (10)

REVENDICATIONS
1. Emballage en deux parties, transitoire et perdu de tout produit conditionné, sous vide-ou en atmosphère inerte, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens séparés, d'étanchéité (4-5) d'une part et de scellement et de réou v--rture (4A-=A) autre p=.Zt, des mayens d liaison (7), suecspt blee d'être rompU ott prévus entre les rnoi'-ns d'étanchéité et les moyens de scellement et de réouverture.
2. Emballage selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'étanchéité (4-5) sont périphériques et les moyens de scellement et de réouverture (4A-5A) sont extérieurs aux moyens d'étanchéité, également périphériquement.
3. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que la fermeture de l'emballage se fait par soudure par ultra-son.
4. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que la fermeture s'opère dans une enceinte réalisant le vide.
5. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que les deux parties (1-2) d'emballage sont en thermoplastique, obtenues simultanément et liées entre elles par une articulation de type charnièrefilm assurant le positionnement relatif avant et pendant la fermeture de l'ensemble.
6. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce qu'un anneau de tirage (3) est prévu, cet anneau étant en deux parties (3A-3B), chacune venue de matière avec l'une des parties d'emballage (1-2).
7. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'étanchéité montrent un demi-tore mâle (4) légèrement en contre-dépouille sur l'une des parties d'emballage et un demi-tore femelle (5) sur l'autre partie d'emballage, en contre-dépouille inverse.

Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison (7) sont des pontets permettant un déplacement relatif des moyens de scellement et de réouverture (4A-5A) au moment de leur soudure par ultra-son, cette opération de soudure étant réalisée, cn simultané, avec la fermeture des deux parties d'emballage.

Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce qu'un jeu relatif (j) entre les deux parties d'emballage, au droit du plan de jonction, est ménagé de façon à ce que la remise en atmosphère de l'ensemble scellé tende à plaqi1erlntimement les deux parties d'emballage par réduction de ce jeu.
10. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que la boîte qu'il constitue peut être ouverte ou refermée sur son joint d'étanchéité par pression et déformation de ce dernier.
