Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Verschließen eines Metallbehälters (1) mit einem Deckel (10), der einen Boden (11), eine Seitenwand (12) und einen Rand (13) aufweist, gemäß dem eine Dichtung (17) am Umfang der Öffnung (16) des Behälters angeordnet und, wenn der Deckel (10) auf den Behälter (1) gelegt ist, ein Druck auf den Deckel (10) ausgeübt wird, um die Dichtung (17) zwischen den Behälter (1) und den Rand (13) des Deckels zu drücken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (10) auf dem Behälter (1) festgehalten wird, durch ein Ziehen der Wand (12) des Deckels (10) und der Wand (18) des Behälters (1), das eine Formveränderung dieser Wänden (12, 18) zum Äußeren des Behälters (1) bereitet.
  2. Verfahren zum Verschließen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (10) und der Wand des Behälters (1) an Punkten (19) oder Segmenten gezogen wird, die auf dem äußeren Umfang des Behälters verteilt sind.
  3. Verfahren zum Verschließen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Öffnung (16) des Behälters im wesentlichen rechteckig ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ziehen in jeder Ecke des Behälters ausgeführt wird.
  4. Verfahren zum Verschließen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ziehen der Seitenwand (12) des Deckels auf dem Behälter (1) ebenfalls in den großen Wänden des Behälters und vorzugsweise im wesentlichen in ihrer Mitte ausgeführt wird.
  5. Verfahren zum Verschließen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Öffnung (16) des Behälters eine im wesentlichen runde Form hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ziehen des Deckels (10) auf dem Behälter (1) an Punkten (19) oder Segmenten ausgeführt wird, die regelmäßig verteilt sind.
  6. Verfahren zum Verschließen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand (13) des Deckels (10) eine zum Boden (11) des Deckels zeigende Konkavität aufweist, in die die Dichtung (17) gelegt wird, und mit einem Rand (14) endet, der zum Äußeren des Deckels hin gerollt ist.
  7. Verfahren zum Verschließen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit einer Maschine durchgefürht ist, die Mittel (24) zum Anwenden einer Druckkraft auf den Deckel (10), wenn dieser auf dem Behälter (1) platziert ist, und Mittel (26) zur Ausführung des Ziehens des Deckels (10) auf dem Behälter (1) enthält, so daß es eine Formveränderung der Wand (12) des Deckels (10) und der Wand (18) des Behälters (1) zum Äußeren des Behälters (1) ausgeübt wird.
