- the first are generally made of plastisol, that is to say obtained in the known manner by autor molding of a heated mandrel which is dipped in a bath of this material.
- the second consist of an extruded tube open at its two ends, one of which is welded to the base of a tip or cannula while the other is closed by pinching once the active product has been placed in the tube.
- All these devices comprise a junction between the tube and the cannula which constitutes a shoulder offering a resistance to crushing greater than that of the rest of the tube.
- Document AU-A-414 085 also discloses a tube, the junction of which with its discharge cannula is produced by means of a collar with two inverted curvatures, but this collar is not irreversibly deformable.

- the packaging 1 is produced in one piece by pressure molding of a plastic material such as polyethylene or EVA (ethylene-vinyl-acetate). It comprises a tubular skirt with constant section 3 which is extended by a cannula 4. The tube 3 and the cannula 4 are connected by a neck 5 with two inverted curvatures of the kind encountered on the bottles.
- the free end 4a of the cannula is rounded so as not to hurt when it is put in place, it has a central expulsion opening 4b with calibrated diameter.
- the thickness of the cannula is of the order of 0.7 mm, that of the neck 5 decreasing in the direction of the skirt 3 so as to be connected to the latter whose thickness is of the order of 0 , 4 mm.
- the radii of the neck are chosen so that it constitutes a guard against untimely sinking of the device.
- the connecting radii from the neck to the cannula and to the skirt are 25 and 12 mm respectively.
- the bottom of the skirt 3 is thinned over 4 to 5 mm in height to form a zone 3a facilitating the welding once this skirt has been flattened after filling of the device with the active product (fig. 2) in the inverted position. that is, the cannula oriented downwards and closed.
- the obturator 2 is produced in the form of a cap 2a with a rounded bottom, the internal diameter of which is determined so as to engage freely on the end of the cannula.
- the bottom of the obturator comprises an internal stud 2b, the diameter of which is determined so that this stud penetrates by force into the opening 4b of the cannula 4.
- the stud may include peripheral cords, not shown, capable of increasing the force of retention of the shutter relative to the aforementioned opening.
- the device Once the device is filled with active product, it has a cross-section as shown in fig. 3, that is to say that the bottom of its skirt constitutes a straight edge 3b determined by the welding of the zone 3a after its flattening. The presence of the edge 3b causes the deformation of the entire skirt 3 which then forms just before the neck 5 two symmetrical bulges 3c, 3d.
