Claims (4)

1. Procédé pour recalibrer un tube de lingotière (1) conique usé pour la coulée continue, en particulier un tube de lingotière courbe, selon lequel on introduit un mandrin de calibrage (2) dans la cavité de lingotière, on dispose de l'explosif sur le côté extérieur du tube et, par la détonation de celui-ci, on déforme la cavité de moulage aux dimensions du mandrin (2), caractérisé en ce que, s'agissant de tubes de lingotière coniques (1), on introduit le mandrin de calibrage conique (2) avec sa petite extrémité en avant par le côté (8) initialement de sortie de barre dans le tube de lingotière (1) et on déforme, à l'explosif, ce côté sortie de barre (8) en côté du métal liquide.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on élargit la section du côté (8) initialement de sortie de barre du tube de lingotière (1) afin de faciliter l'introduction du mandrin (2).
3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on élargit la section par déformation à l'explosif.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on dispose des charges explosives dans les quatres zones d'angle de la cavité de moulage du tube de lingotière et essentiellement dans les portions médianes des parois sur le côté extérieur (12) du tube de lingotière (1) et on allume ces charges simultanément.
