Claims (2)

1. Schreibinstrument, bestehend einerseits aus einem Gehäuse (1), einem in das Gehäuse (1) eingeschraubten Halter . (3) mit einer Patronehhalterung, einem Zwischenstück (7) und einer Schreibeinheit (5, 6) und andererseits aus einer abnehmbaren Kappe (2), die in der geschlossenen Stellung den Schutz der Schreibeinheit (5, 6) diese umschließend sicherstellt, wobei die Kappe (2) über ein Gesperre mit dem Zwischenstück (7) in Eingriff steht und in die geschlossene Stellung des Blocks dadurch bringbar ist, daß sie parallel zu ihrer Achse verschoben wird, und in ihrer geschlossenen Stellung das Mitdrehen des Halters (3) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (1) gestattet. um die Patrone zugänglich zu machen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nach innen weisenden Oberflächen der Kappe (2) und die nach außen weisenden Oberflächen der Schreibeinheit (5, 6) zylindrische Oberflächen mit komplementären Abschnitten aufweisen, die ineinandergreifen, um das Drehen des Halters (3) mittels der Kappe (2) zu gestatten.
2. Schreibinstrument nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die komplementären, ineinandergreifenden Abschnitte der nach innen weisenden Oberflächen der Kappe (2) und der nach außen weisenden Oberflächen der Schreibeinheit (5, 6) das Profil einer zu Rotationsachse der Kappe (2) im wesentlichen parallelen Nut aufweisen.
