Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for determining the torque loss in a torque actual value computer for test benches, with which the mechanical shaft torque of a mechanical DC machine mechanically coupled to a test object by determining the electrical torque, the acceleration torque and the torque loss from EMF, speed and armature current Machine and can be calculated by adding the individual moments with the correct sign.
- This generic term refers to an arrangement as described in more detail, for example, in DBP 21 44 438.
- Such analog computers have been used in connection with DC pendulum machines for testing vehicle units, such as Motors, gearboxes and converters, well proven on test benches.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a torque actual value computer for simple DC machines, in which one can do without a pendulum machine as a calibration and adjustment option.
- the problem is solved by digitally storing in the memory of the computer built with a microprocessor related values of speed and idling torque loss and related values of speed and current-dependent additional torque and the associated power loss for each speed of the machine can be determined from the stored values of idling torque loss and additional torque.
- the current-dependent additional losses e.g. Tooth saturation, commutation losses do not change and can be requested from the machine manufacturer.
- the idle losses can be determined in the simplest way when setting up the test stand by an idle test; if necessary, they can be determined again and again at larger intervals.
- the basic relationship between the measured and stored quantities and the mechanical moment to be calculated is: where the electrical moment M EL is proportional to the product of EMF E x the armature current I divided by the speed n.
- the acceleration torque M 0 is proportional to the acceleration or deceleration dn and the mass to be accelerated.
- the no-load loss torque M L depends, among other things, on the friction, the iron losses and the magnetization.
- the additional torque M Z is dependent on the current and inter alia on the commutation losses and tooth saturation losses.
- FIG. 1 shows the exemplary course of the no-load loss torque M L of a direct current shunt machine plotted against the rotational speed n, the flux and the EMF being assumed to be constant in the range up to a number of revolutions of two thousand revolutions per minute.
- M EL M L.
- the respectively related values of the speed n and the idling loss torque M L are recorded and stored with the torque calculator. The saved values are indicated by the small circles. The values between the one individual points can then be determined with sufficient accuracy by linear interpolation.
- Figure 2 shows the current-dependent additional loss torque M Z plotted against the speed n, for the case of the nominal current In. Since the additional losses and therefore the additional loss torque is dependent on the square of the current, the dashed curve with a quarter of the moment results at half the nominal current I n / 2 . From the curve profile for the nominal current, the respective curve profile for the other currents can thus be determined by simple conversion.
- the microprocessor 3 calculates the shaft torque from the individual values in accordance with the program stored in the program memory 32 (PROM) - in accordance with the formula given above for the mechanical shaft torque - taking into account the values in the memory 34 stored values for the additional loss torque M Z and the value pairs of idling loss torque M L and speed n stored in a further memory 35. Depending on the speed n present at the input and the current I, the required values are then retrieved from the memories and to form the mechanical shaft torque used.
- a differentiator 21 is also provided, with which a value for the acceleration torque proportional to the time differential quotient dn of the speed n can be formed.
- the mechanical shaft torque M d calculated by the microprocessor 3 is output as an analog signal at the output A via digital-to-analog converter 26.
- the cycle time between the newly determined values can be, for example, one millisecond.
- the determined and calculated values for the mechanical shaft torque can also be displayed on a digital display 4. This digital display is also used to enter the weighting factors.
- the binary inputs of the input 22 serve to specify the signs of the moment equation.
- the values for the additional torque M Z which originates from the additional losses, are fixed from the outset, so these values can be adopted in a fixed value memory 34 from the outset.
- a programmable memory 35 must be provided for the values of the idling loss torque determined in the idling test and possibly changing, the programming of which may also have to be changed in accordance with new values.
- the storage for the no-load loss moments can be set up in such a way that when the system is started up, the values for the mechanical shaft torque determined and calculated in the no-load test in connection with the respectively assigned appropriate speed can be transferred to this memory. Since the idle torque is proportional to the current, it is also sufficient to save the corresponding current values.

Abstract
Description
- Anhand einer Zeichnung sei die Erfindung näher erläutert;
