Claims (10)

1. Vorrichtung zur Verbindung einer Vielzahl von Blättern aus flexiblem Material, bestehend aus einem Fuß (1), einem in dem Fuß (1) vorgesehenen Amboß (2), der eine Öffnung (3) aufweist, von der wenigstens ein Teil durch einen scharfen Rand begrenzt wird, einem Stanzkopf (6), der beweglich in Richtung zum Amboß (2) und von ihm weg angeordnet ist, wobei der Stanzkopf (6) einen Stempel (7) aufweist, von dem wenigstens ein Teil mit einem zweiten scharfen Rand versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung ferner Einrichtungen zur Faltung der Blätter und zur Stellung der zurückgefalteten Teile und Teile des Restes der Blätter zwischen der Amboßöffnung (3) und dem Stempel (7) aufweist, und daß der erste scharfe Rand der Öffnung (3) auf dem Amboß (2) und der zweite scharfe Rand des Stempels (7) einen Schenkelbereich (16, 20) und einen verbreiterten Kopfbereich (19, 17) aufweist, wobei der zweite scharfe Rand des Stempels (7) genau in den ersten Rand des Ambosses (2) paßt und wenigstens der Stempel (7) und die Amboßöffnung (3) ohne einen scharfen Rand sind, benachbart dem Ende des entsprechenden Schenkelbereichs (16, 20), das entfernt von dem entsprechenden, verbreiterten Kopfbereich (19, 17) ist, so daß, wenn die Blätter und der rückgefaltete Teil der Blätter zwischen den Stanzkopf (6) und den Amboß (2) gebracht werden und der Stempel (7) in die Amboßöffnung (3 bewegt wird, der erste und zweite scharfe Rand einen Teil des Materials stanzen, welches einen Schenkel (16) und einen verbreiterten Kopf (17) von jedem Blatt und übergefalteten Teil des Blattes aufweist, wobei der Materialteil an der Basis des Schenkels (16) des anschließenden Blattes verbunden bleibt, so daß wenn der übergefaltete Teil des Blattes in seine ursprüngliche Stellung zurückgefaltet wird, die verbreiterten Köpfe (17) des gestanzen Materials in den benachbarten Schenkeln (16) der übrig bleibenden Öffnungen durch andere gestanzte Teile zur Verbindung der Blätter gehalten werden.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zur Faltung der Blätter Führungsmittel (18) enthalten, die so angeordnet sind, daß, wenn ein Teil der Mehrzahl der Blätter (20, 22) in die Vorrichtung eingeführt werden, die eingeführten Teile über die verbleibenden Teile der Blätter zurückgefaltet werden.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichet, daß die Amboßöffnung (3) und der Stempel (7) im wesentlichen die gleiche Form aufweise, wobei der Stempel (7) in einem vorgegebenen Abstand den Stanzkopf übersteht und in einer das Blatt berührenden Oberfläche endet, wobei ein erster Teil der des Blatt berührenden Oberfläche durch den zweiten scharfen Rand abgegrenzt wird, um den Schenkelbereich und den verbreiterten Kopfbereich (19) zum umfassen, und ein zweiter Teil der das Blatt berührenden Oberfläche eine Verlängerung (20) des genannten Schenkelbereichs bildet und konisch vom ersten Teil zu dem Stanzkopf verläuft, wobei der erste und zweite Teil eine nicht scharfe Verbindung aufweisen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Amboß (2) eine obere Fläche aufweist, wobei die Öffnung (3) in die Oberfläche eingeformt ist und einen ersten Teil, der durch den ersten scharfen Rand begrenzt wird, und einen zweiten Teil, der eine Erweiterung des vom verbreiterten Kopfbereich entfernten Schenkelbereichs bildet, umfaßt, wobei der zweite Teil eine untere Wand (33) aufweist, die konisch nach oben zur Verbindung mit der oberen Fläche verläuft.

Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempel (7) ganz durch den zweiten scharfen Rand begrenzt ist und die Amboßöffnung (3) einen ersten Teil aufweist, der durch den ersten schargen Rand begrenzt wird, und der zweite Teil, der eine Ausdehnung des Schenkelbereichs bildet, vom erweiterten Kopfbereich entfernt ist.

Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vielzahl von gleichen Öffnungen (3) im Amboß (2) und eine Vielzahl von gleichen Stempein (7) im Stanzkopf (6) vorgesehen ist, wobei jeder Stempel einen vorgezeichneten Teil aufweist, der geeignet ist, dicht in den abgegrenzten Teil der entsprechenden Öffnung einzugreifen.
7. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stanzkopf (6) schwenkbar mit dem Fuß (1) verbunden ist, wobei die schwenkbare Verbindung (5) entfernt von der Amboßöffnung (3) und dem Stempel (7) angeordnet ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung einen Fuß (51), einen relativ zum Fuß (51) gleitenden Stanzkopf (55), einen Handgriff (71), der an dem Fuß relativ schwenkbar zu ihm angeordnet ist, und einen Faltmechanismus (101) auf weist, der am Fuß (51) zur schwenkbaren Bewegung um ihn angeordnet ist, wobei der Handgriff (71), der Stanzkopf (55) und der Faltmechanismus (101) betätigbar derart miteinander verbunden sind, daß die Bewegung des Handgriffes sowohl den Flatmechanismus als auch den Stanzkopf zur Ausführung ihrer Schwenkbewegungen betätigt.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Aufbaueinrichtungen Führungsmittel zur Führung des genannte Stanzkopfes längs eines reziproken Weges zu und von dem genannten Fuß aufweisen.
10. Verfahren zum Verbinden eine Mehrzahl von Blättern auf flexiblem Material, gekennzeichnet durch die Faltung der Mehrzahl der Blätter, die Stanzung eines Loches durch die Mehrzahl der gefalteten Blätter, so daß des Loch durch den gefalteten Teil und den verbleibenden Teil des Blattes verläuft, wobei jedes Loch einen gestanzten Teil und eine verbleibende Öffnung mit einem verbreiterten Kopf und einem Schenkel festlegt und eine Grundfläche aufweist, mit welcher der gestanzte Teil mit dem zugehörigen Blatt verbunden bleibt durch Entfalten des gestanzten Blattes, so daß die verbreiterten Köpfe von einigen der gestanzten Teile in den engen Schenkeln der Öffnungen durch andere gestanzte Teile übrig bleiben, um die Blätter miteinander zu verbinden.
