Claims (5)

1. Industrielles Mahlwerk für Haushaltabfälle mit einem Gehäuse (1), welches einerseits zwei vertikale, feststehende, durch Rahmen (1a, 1b) in Form eines umgestülpten U verbundene Wände (1c, 1d), zwischen welchen ein Rotor (9) mit Schlagflügeln (38) mit horizontaler Achse angeordnet ist, dem die zu mahlenden Produkte durch einen Beschickungstrichter (6) zugeführt werden, und anderseits einen aus zwei voneinander trennbaren Hälften (25) gebildeten Rost umfasst, wobei jede Hälfte je auf einer entlang von zwei horizontalen Schienen senkrecht zur Achse des Rotors 9 verschiebbaren Tür (15) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass a) das feststehende Gehäuse (1) die Form eines Pyramidenstumpfes hat, dessen kleine Fläche sich oben befindet; b) jeder Rahmen in Form eines umgestülpten U «vertikale» Seiten (1a) mit C-förmigem Querschnitt in horizontaler Ebene besitzt und der obere Teil (1b) des Rahmens die Basis des U bildet; und c) eine horizontale Führungseinrichtung (14) in bezug auf das feststehende Gehäuse (1) in geeigneter Höhe zur Aufnahme der Laufrollen für die Türen (15) angeordnet ist, welche sich praktisch über die ganze Höhe des Gehäuses erstrecken und vorzugsweise aufgehängt sind.

Mahlwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Zwischenschaltung von festen horizontalen nach aussen leicht vorspringenden Platten (1e) die Schenkel des U einen horizontalen rechteckigen Rahmen (14) tragen, der die Schienen (14a) zur Aufnahme der Laufrollen für die vorgenannten Türen (15) enthält.
3. Mahlwerk nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Absaugsystem, das auf dem Abzug (5) zur Beseitigung der leichten Produkte angeordnet ist.

Mahlwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der verschiebbaren Türen (15) in Schliessstellung durch eine geeignete Verriegelungseinrichtung blockierbar ist, welche einerseits einen feststehenden mit der Tür verbundenen Riegel (28) und ein drehbares Handrad (30), welches mit dem feststehenden Riegel in Eingriff und zur Sicherung der Verriegelung oder der Entriegelung in Schliess- oder Offenstellung bringbar ist, und anderseits eine Reihe von vier Stiften (32) aufweist, welche die Türen (15) mit den Seiten des Gehäuses (1) verbinden.
5. Mahlwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Lufteinlässe (39) in den Flanken des Gehäuses (1) benachbart dem Rotor (9) angeordnet sind, um eine Verkeilung der gemahlenen Produkte zwischen dem Rotor und dem Gehäuse zu verhindern.
