Claims (10)

1. Procédé d'application de bandelettes à arracher (11), ou éléments similaires, sur une bande de matériau (10) amenée et évacuée de façon continue, dans la zone d'une section de transfert (12), la bande de matériau (10) et la bandelette (11) amenée étant en position de repos l'une par rapport à l'autre au moins pendant le transfert de la bandelette (11) à la bande de matériau (10), caractérisé par le fait que la section de transfert (12) est arrêtée momentanément pendant le transfert de la bandelette (11), et que, pendant ce temps, la bande de matériau (10), qui continue d'être entrainée de façcon continue, constitue en permanence une réserve de bande, en particulier des boucles de bande (15, 16) de grandeur variable.
2. Dispositif d'application de bandelettes à arracher (11) ou éléments similaires, sur une bande de matériau d'emballage (10), comportant des moyens de transport d'une bande de bandelettes (34) et de la bande de matériau d'emballage (10) et un moyen de coupe formé d'un couteau fixe (32) et d'un couteau mobile (42) et destiné à détacher transversalement les bandelettes (11) de la bande de bandelettes (34), le couteau mobile.(42) étant pourvu de moyens de retenue destinés à retenir, transporter et transférer la bandelette (11) coupée à la bande de matériau d'emballage (10), en particulier de suceurs (43), caractérisé par le fait que la bande de matériau d'emballage (10) présente des organes de renvoi, en particulier des rouleaux de renvoi (17, 18), placés à l'extérieur de la section de transfert (12) qui peuvent aller et venir de façon telle qu'au moment du transfert de la bandelette (11), au moins la section de transfert (12) de la bande de matériau d'emballage (10) soit arrêtée.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les rouleaux de renvoi (17, 18) forment des boucles complémentaires (15, 16) de bande de matériau d'emballage (10).
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé par le fait que les rouleaux de renvoi (17, 18) sont montés sur des bras oscillants (19, 20) qui peuvent osciller en synchronisme et dans le même sens.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les bras oscillants (19, 20) sont réunis par des bielles (26, 27) à une commande commune (bras de commande 25) et peuvent être entrainés de façon telle que les rouleaux de renvoi (17, 18) formant les boucles de bande (15, 16) soient mobiles à peu près horizontalement.
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la bande de matériau d'emballage (10) forme, dans la zone d'une table (29), une section de transfert (12) plane, de préférence inclinée dans la direction de transport, la bandelette à arracher (11), détachée d'une bande de bandelettes (34) sous la table (29), pouvant être amenée d'en bas à la section de transfert (12), reposant sur la table (29), par montée d'un couteau (42).
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'au-dessus de la table (29), porvue d'un trou (44), une butée (45) s'appuie contre la bande de matériau d'emballage (10) pendant le transfert de la bandelette à arracher (11 ).
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé par le fait que le couteau (42) et la butée (45) peuvent tourner autour d'axes situés de chaque côté de la table (29) et perpendiculaires à la direction de transport de la bande de matériau d'emballage (10).
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que la section de transfert (12) de la bande de matériau d'emballage (10) est délimitée par des rouleaux de renvoi fixes (13,14).
10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que les boucles de bande (15, 16) sont formées par les rouleaux de renvoi mobiles (17, 18) entre des butées fixes, en particulier des rouleaux de renvoi fixes (21, 22 et 14,23).
