Description

The invention relates to an anchoring device for floating implements, in particular for dredgers, with a height adjustment device, which can be lowered into the area below the keel line and is mounted in a vertical guide on the hull, for the anchorage of an anchor, preferably with foldable flunk.

Anchoring devices of this type are used to guide the mooring line so deeply under water to the anchoring point when working in navigable waters that the shipping traffic is not hindered. For this purpose, in a known anchoring device (DE-C-963574), the anchor line is guided in a tube which is mounted in a vertical guide on the hull and can have a guide roller for the anchor line at both ends. The main disadvantage of such anchoring devices is that due to the guiding of the anchor line through a height-adjustable tube, the anchor can be suspended from the anchor line when it is hauled in and lifted onto a deck or onto an auxiliary boat by means of a crane, because the anchor is not pulled through the guide tube can be. Anchoring a ship is therefore very cumbersome and time-consuming.

In order to be able to pull an anchor into a tube, it is known (US-A-2937610) to design the tube telescopically and to guide the extractable part in a screw-adjustable manner in the fixed tube part, so that the anchor engaging in the pull-in funnel of the extractable tube part when it is being retrieved is turned into a certain drawing position with the flunk pointing upwards. With the help of such a wedge tube, however, it is not possible to guide a line below the keel line in such a way that shipping traffic remains unimpeded.

The invention is therefore based on the object of improving an anchoring device of the type described at the outset in such a way that the anchor can be easily obtained without being detached from the catch line.

The invention solves this problem in that a retraction funnel for the anchor shaft is provided at the lower end of the height adjustment device for the retracting line and can be raised for the retraction line in front of the mouth of a chute tube arranged obliquely in the hull, the axial direction of the retracting funnel coinciding with the axial direction of the retractable tube . Since the anchor provides space for the anchor with its shaft in the opening of the pull-in funnel and the pull-in funnel can be raised in front of the mouth of a tube, the anchor does not have to be suspended from the catch line when it is pulled in. Rather, it is drawn into its pull-in position via the traction line, the inclined axis of the pull-in funnel ensuring that the hinged armature of the armature is in an outwardly folded position when the armature of the armature enters the opening of the pull-in funnel. In addition, the oblique arrangement of the feed hopper reduces the friction of the entrainment lines guided therein at the exit of the feed hopper.

The friction of the interlocking line can additionally be reduced in that the upper limit of the retraction funnel for the anchor shaft is formed by a roller.

A guide roller for the interlocking line can also advantageously be mounted at the lower end of the wedge tube, so that low-friction guidance for the interlocking line can be ensured in this area when the feed hopper is lowered.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the draw-in funnel can be mounted in a height-adjustable manner within a niche on the edge of the hull, as a result of which the entire anchoring device comes to lie within the outline of the hull. If the feed hopper is fastened to a frame which is supported by means of two cylinders on a yoke arranged on the ship's deck, a particularly robust design can be obtained.

  • Fig.3 eine stirnseitige Ansicht der Verankerungseinrichtung und
In the drawing, the object of the invention is shown schematically in one embodiment. Show it:
  • 1 shows a vertical section through an anchoring device according to the invention with an anchor that has been brought in on the catch line,
  • 2 shows a representation of the anchoring device corresponding to FIG. 1, but with the anchor designed,
  • 3 shows an end view of the anchoring device and
  • 4 shows the lower end of a wedge tube provided with an additional guide roller in longitudinal section.

The anchor 1 of the anchoring device accommodated in a ship's hull 2 is attached to an interlocking line 3 which runs through a tapered tube 4 with an inclined axis up to a winch 5. A feed hopper 6, which is fastened to a frame 7, serves as a guide for the interlocking line 3. For vertical adjustment of the frame 7 2 vertical guides 8 are provided in the hull. In the upper end position shown in FIG. 1, the axis of the draw-in funnel 6 coincides with the axis of the wedge tube 4. In this end position, the anchor 2 on the interlocking line 3 on the hull 2 can be used to such an extent that the anchor shaft 9 fits into the opening 10 of the draw-in funnel 6.

As shown in FIG. 1, the armature 2 has foldable flunk 11 in a known manner, which in the retracted position of the armature 1 are folded outwards due to their own weight due to the inclined position of the armature 1. They generally become the un drawn with full lines Assume a lower position. However, the upper folding position of the flunk 11, indicated by dash-dot lines, is also possible.

In order to ensure low-friction guidance of the interlocking line 3 in the position of the drawing-in funnel 6 shown in FIG. 2, the upper limit of the drawing-in funnel 6 is formed by a roller 12 around which the interlocking line 3 runs. In the same way, the friction of the interlocking line 3 at the lower end of the tube 4 can be reduced by a guide roller 13, as shown in FIG. 4. However, this guide roller 13 must form the lower limit of the junction tube mouth.

To adjust the height of the feed hopper 6, two cylinders 14 are provided which are articulated on the one hand on a lower cross member 15 of the frame 7 and on the other hand on a yoke 16 which is erected on the ship deck. So that the construction can be accommodated in a space-saving and protected manner, a niche 17 is provided in the hull, the side walls of which advantageously carry the guides 8 for the frame 7, which, as shown in FIG. 3, can be stiffened by struts 18.
