Abstract

Un procedimiento para la producción de solución que contiene ácido de Caro por reacción entre una solución de peróxido de hidrógeno concentrado y una solución de ácido sulfúrico concentrado, caracterizado en que la cantidad total de ácido sulfúrico empleada es subestequiométrica en relación al peróxido de hidrógeno y caracterizado adicionalmente por las etapas de formar primero un cuerpo de fluido que es rico en ácido sulfúrico y segundo introducir en dicho cuerpo de fluido la solución de peróxido de hidrógeno con agitación, haciendo así que la mezcla progresivamente se vuelva pobre en ácido sulfúrico.
