Abstract
Se proporciona sistemas y métodos para controlar la temperatura en un tanque refractario de vidrio (1 I). En una implementación, un sistema incluye por lo menos un quemador (24) dispuesto en el tanque refractario, un colector (22) acoplado al quemador, un suministro de combustible (26) acoplado al quemador, un soplador de aire para combustión (20) para enviar aire ambiente bajo presión al colector, y un controlador (30) acoplado al quemador para controlar la operación del quemador. El sistema puede incluir un sensor de temperatura (36) acoplado eficazmente hacia abajo del quemador para proveer al controlador una señal de temperatura que indica la temperatura del aire enviado al colector por el soplador. El controlador puede ser sensible a la señal de temperatura para una operación de control del quemador en función de la temperatura actual del aire alimentado al colector.
