Abstract
Изобретение относится к гидротехническим сооружениям, предназначенным для защиты территорий от паводков, путем отвода паводковых вод из зоны их формирования, минуя зону вероятного (опасного) затопления, с предварительным понижением уровня воды в предпаводковый и паводковый периоды за счет перевода части потока реки из постоянного потока в напорный путем трубопровода, проложенного под дном реки, или на дне реки, или в воде, или над водой. Изобретение может быть использовано для выработки электроэнергии и для уменьшения прочности льда.
