Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к липидной наночастице, содержащей следующие элементы (a)-(c): (a) нуклеиновую кислоту, кодирующую химерный антигенный рецептор (CAR) или экзогенный T-клеточный рецептор (TCR); (b) катионный липид и (c) некатионный липид. Настоящее изобретение также относится к иммуноциту, экспрессирующему CAR или экзогенный TCR, полученному путем введения липидной наночастицы в T-клетки in vivo или ex vivo, и к терапевтическому подходу in vivo или ex vivo с использованием иммуноцитов при таком заболевании, как рак и тому подобное.
