Abstract

В заявке описано извлекающее устройство, предназначенное для извлечения из печи шахтного типа части фурменного прибора, в частности фурмы или фурменного холодильника, и содержащее несущую раму, включающую позиционирующие элементы, выполненные с возможностью позиционирования устройства относительно стенки печи. Устройство также содержит каретку, опирающуюся на несущую раму. Каретка выполнена с возможностью перемещения в направлении, радиальном относительно стенки печи. Кроме того, устройство содержит извлекающую штангу, первый конец которой крепится к каретке, а второй конец соединяется с частью фурменного прибора, причем на первом конце извлекающей штанги предусмотрен стопор. Устройство также содержит ударную систему, которая воздействует на стопор извлекающей штанги в направлении от стенки печи. Устройство содержит механизм предварительного напряжения, расположенный на несущей раме. Механизм предварительного напряжения выполнен с возможностью приложения нагрузки к каретке в направлении от стенки печи.
