Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу презентирования циклического пептида на белке, содержащем петлевую структуру. Циклический пептид содержит химически перекрестно сшитую структуру для получения внутримолекулярной циклической структуры. Способ включает замену химически перекрестно сшитой структуры циклического пептида двумя аминокислотными остатками, образующими петлевую структуру, и, таким образом, слияние циклического пептида с белком, содержащим петлевую структуру.
