Abstract

Изобретение относится к устройству для последовательного введения добавок в полимерный гранулят и к использованию устройства для смешивания полимерного гранулята с добавками. Устройство состоит из смесителя с корпусом, на котором расположен по меньшей мере один смешивающий вал с прикрепленными к нему спиралеобразно непроходимыми (сплошными) конвейерными деталями, которые вращаются с помощью привода для перемещения полимерных гранул, причем в корпусе смесителя имеется вход для смешиваемых полимерных гранул и несколько следующих друг за другом входных отверстий для добавок и выходных - для полимерного гранулята, смешанного с добавкой, и около каждого входа для добавки расположено выходное отверстие для перемешанных с добавкой полимерных гранул таким образом, что в смесителе образуются две или несколько зон смешивания, при этом вместо непрерывных (сплошных) конвейерных деталей, между как минимум двумя зонами смешивания на поверхности смесительных валов расположен участок с проходящим (сквозным) транспортным шнеком, причем этот участок является непроницаемым для твердых веществ, возвращающихся обратно из последующей зоны смешивания. Изобретение также предназначено для использования устройства.
