Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к медицинской биотехнологии, медицине, травматологии, ортопедии, стоматологии и ортодонтии. Предложенный способ получения биологического матрикса, предназначенного для замещения дефектов костной ткани, может включать несколько последовательных стадий, таких как предварительная обработка биологического материала, грубая очистка и фракционирование, глубокая очистка и экстракция, делипидирование, ферментация, деминерализация и стерилизация в сверхкритических средах. Полученный биорезорбируемый биологический матрикс характеризуется повышенной остео- и биоинтеграцией, оптимальной скоростью биодеградации, высокой биосовместимостью, отсутствием иммунореактивности со стороны реципиента, высокой способностью к остеокондукции, выраженными остеогенными потенциями при остеосинтезе и костной пластике. Матрикс состоит из костного коллагена, гидроксиапатита и/или фосфата кальция и отличается тем, что костный коллаген представлен в нативной невосстановленной форме с полностью сохраненной трехмерной структурой, гидроксиапатит и фосфат кальция представлены в нативной аморфной форме, а сам матрикс, очищенный от клеточного дебриса, чужеродных липидов, нуклеиновых кислот и иммуногенов, содержит остаточные количества костных морфогенетических белков и импрегнирован везикулярным фосфатидилхолином и/или холестерином с включенным желатином (гидролизованным коллагеном), и/или костным ателоколлагеном, и/или поли-(-капролактоном) и дополнительно включенными биологически активными веществами (в том числе биоактивными пептидами и факторами роста).
